i've looked at different things and be tempted in the past. i think a devout rule of thumb is if they're asking you for any money for their services or information it's probably a scam!

The ONLY way to achieve a legit work at home job is to work for (and excell) next to a company long enough that they consent to you start working at home. Everything else is bunk.
Some guidelines:

Since it's only coffee, I wouldn't consider this "gift" too improper. Do you know if the director knows this bookeeper from a previous position? There are several society in my bureau that used to work for/with people soaring up in the company, so this little coffee endowment may be a payback from a prior work relationship.
My advice for you is to travel get your own Starbucks, and stop worrying roughly speaking the bookeeper. Who knows, sometime, you may be the director yourself. Wouldn't you want to buy coffee for someone else without have to buy coffee for everyone?

I'm surrounded by nursing school and it seem like a great work to me. I think I'll other have a opportunity if I manage to hold on to my license. I judge it's rewarding because you do get to support people when they are within their most vulnerable states. You also obtain to deal near their blood, mucus, feces, urine and vomit.
As far as money goes, that depends on what biddable money is to you. Nursing doesn't pay doomed to failure, IMO, but it's not the highest paying profession any. From what I hear, you really have to work for the $$$ you cause. If you want to make more and work smaller quantity, at least physically, be a pharmacist instead.
Nurses are other needed. My g/f has be a nurse for just nearly a year now. She get a job lately a few weeks after graduating. Pay is upright she started at 26.50 and is now at 28 and some swing. 12 hours days 3 days a week. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me. Her hospital also have a program that takes something like a year to get within but its just sit. and sun. but pays an extra $18 an hour. Response above me is very true. I have a PhD contained by Engineering and had a minor within Business with my BS. On the surface, a BS surrounded by any engineering program (mechanical, electrical, computer etc.) would be a good choice since they unanimously require students to have exceptional math and computer skills. If it's business, then he could look into getting an MBA after his BS contained by engineering and work on financial modelling. Another suggestion, if he likes physics or machinery, would be to look into getting an MS contained by Mechanical Enigneering and working on computational fluid dynamics modelling and/or software development.
Any of these field would be an excellent career way. Most of the entry level positions foot well, give excellent opportunities for advancement and require solitary 1-2 years of graduate school.
