Well, after going on many, oodles job interviews, I'd hold to say it doesn't look well-mannered. Potential employers who really looked-for to hire me called in 2 days. The company I work for now decide within an hour after the interview, even through they may not phone for a couple days. But don't lose all hope. Maybe someone is on break and they're waiting for them to come back. Maybe it's between you and one other personality and they can't decide. I'm only saying from my experience, I'd be looking elsewhere.
