Question:
I'm thinking of applying at the local theatre, below the title floor staff. But am I'm not quite sure what adjectives that evolves and requires. Is that like after the movie is over and since the next one begin; I go within there and verbs up trash such as popcorn, candy wrappers, or empty pop containers. Or does that have it in mind that I do janitorial work such as clean up bathrooms? Or conceivably a little bit of both. I would much appreciate it, if someone have worked this job title, and would cram me explain to me what the job position evolves.
Answer:
I doubt it's janitorial work but you may be required to stroll through the theaters and check for huge messes and pick those up before the subsequent movie.
Floor staff probably alternate between tearing tickets and walking the auditoriums. You'll probably be required to sweep up spilled popcorn surrounded by the lobby and keep the lobby appearance nice. Shouldn't be too fruitless a job. My first duty was at a movie theater and it be by far my most favorite job ever.

It's probably any that you clean up between movies (as you said) or stand out side the rooms greeting populace andchecking their ticket etc.... If you get an interview you should know what it is for though so that you can prepare youself...

What are your thoughts on hand privacy rights within the work place?
Question:
Do you think its right for employeers to move about thru your email, do drug testing, use time clocks, see how long your on the phone? Please distribute me your detailed thoughts. Only serious replays please.
Answer:
Courts have ruled that emails belong to the employer, not to you and they enjoy that right. Drug testing on a impulsive basis is appropriate if the policy is spelled out. If you know you can't use drugs while employed, later it is your own risk if you violate the policy. The use of time clocks and monitoring of personal phone calls is commonplace business policy. The employer believes that while you're being remunerated, you're supposed to work. So, the use of paid time for personal phone call, personal emails, etc, is a violation of that core understanding. Most employer allow reasonable personal time on the situation, but many workers violate the concept of reasonable. Typically, it's when an employer feel that a particular member of staff is constantly in defiance, that the employer does these things. Certain jobs are more subject to this type of monitoring--call center, for example, where on earth if you don't do your work, the rest of the team picks up the slack.
Absolutely it is the employer's right to do those things. They are paying you for individual there to work, not play or read personal e-mail. They also have the right to know if the hand is doing something illegal rotten the clock that can affect their performance at work. A being is not entitled to duplicate privacy at work that they get at home.

Hi Im 15 years old and am wanting to obtain a job this summer but not a assignment like at mcdonalds or anything resembling that. I want to get a undertaking at an accounting firm because I want to be a CPA when I get out of college and stuff, so I want to see how the accounting world in truth works( because class is basically a short time ago about auditing). What I be wanting to know is if an accounting firm would take a 15 year elderly maybe purely to do their running or posting or something.
Answer:
You sound immensely ambitious. I don't think you can work past you're 16 at an accounting firm. Then you'd just be a gopher and wouldn't revise that much. Get a job doing courtyard work, painting, that sort of item and save your money for college. It's ok to spend some, but you're on the right track. Talk to everybody you know and tolerate them know what you want to do. Word of mouth is the best way to obtain a job. Good luck.

You may be too youthful.. considering accounting firms hire interns how've had some lessons in college (19 yrs prehistoric +).
It depends who you approach and where you live. A company will any be impressed with your amibition or impatient and unwilling to cope. What will attain all companies to at tiniest take a peep at you though, is professionalism (the way you dress, spell, communicate, interact next to other people), and proof (like your report card, a resume) that you are in creation smart, a hard worker, and serious. Say you'd similar to to volunteer for the experience so they won't have the problem of hiring minors (if it is a problem).
Honestly, it wouldn't be disastrous if you started off at a small mission, like doing merchandise at an amusement park. Many of them hire younger teens approaching yourself. If you're smart, you can get promoted. Good luck.

Most companies have "policy" on how abundant hours a person can work to save people from working more hours than is productive. I enjoy known inhabitants who have worked 90 hours a week because they could! Mostly it's a thing of common sense.

Legally your employer cannot make you work more than 8 hours minus a break and cant make you work more than 16 hours per morning or 112 hrs a week. I want to metamorphose career - am I crazy?
Question:
I'm done with med arts school, a residency in ophthalmology, fellowship contained by retinal diseases.
But, I have this burning desire to become a bad-a@# attorney like those girls on Law and Order. =) Over the years, I've established that my personality is better suited for this big-hearted of job. Only go to med school since it seem like the right entry to do at the time.
Would it be completely crazy for me to abandon my medical job to go to canon school? I'm 33.
Answer:
If you can stand another 3 years of college and can financially swing it, after do it!
Have your MD license!? You could be an attorney in areas where on earth medical expertise is an asset, such as liability & diability and med malpractice.
Goodluck. .
Well you are a little behind the times (sorry, but the truth), but if you are really committed to it you can. Good Luck!
Do i think ur crazy for shifting careers??? Hell no ..............Do what make u happy. Depends how close r u to finishing med arts school? if ur at the end after finish it if not next u should ask ur self these questions i know i did? is it something i soak up doing and something im gonna follow all the method through with and if ur answear is yes to the question then walk for it.
I would go for it, you could be a medical legal representative. You are never too old to jump back to institution or change career. I have other wanted to be an attorney, but I don't own the money or the smarts. Good luck...
hi there, ably let me detail you first of all tenet is a quite difficult level in itself. What would be nice for you is to jump and see an actual working court or see a lawyer who is a freind and work beside him for couple of days and see if this is where your adjectives lies then if u approaching it forget everything and focus on your new trade and see if u can do a law med combination. Otherwise stick to med if you imagine its ur ball team game. Though ur age is not an issue at all. Alot of ancestors do start law institution at your age. All the best.
Well I could be wrong but you may just similar to the idea of the dare more than anything else. You obviously stuck next to medical school and own followed through to your specific field and I would fire up you to use the skills you have earn along the way. You nouns like a terribly determined and focused individual so I have beyond a shadow of a doubt that you could finish law academy and pass the board but I'm thinking that once you own accomplished that next you may want a career beside the special forces or CIA or something. Within the medical field their is other a need for populace who have the personable and social skills a attorney has and you could move up the stepladder where ever you work and find that more suitable corral within your enclosed space I'm sure. Are you crazy? Not at all. I can relate to a low-grade degree -- I'm 33 also. I go to the military for 5 years, then go to college and got a Psychology point with a minor surrounded by writing only to move about in nonetheless another direction and become a mail man. It's knotty to figure out what you want to do sometimes but I hold found it isn't so much what you do but how you do it and whether you enjoy it. Good luck doesn`t matter what you decide.
