I'm a university student and it sucks anyone smart but not being competent to get the "smart" job yet.
Try a available job where you own a bit more responsibility... I've worked in sale for the last 2 yrs... it's not super stimulating, but getting relations to buy hundreds and thousands of dollars worth of products and properly writing up the paperwork, dealing with customer service, etc., is a bit more stimulating than scan food lol. It's also good experience as far as ethnic group and presentation skills go. Lots of places you'll enjoy to be over 18, but that isn't long from now.
Try a student placement agency... normally they have summer job lined up that pay packet more and are better than flipping burgers or being a bank clerk. Good luck :) And stick in institution.. you will eventually get a better commission.
How about a research assistant at a local university? I did some research at a lab until that time, and we had a illustrious school student working near part time. That's pretty intellectually stimulating, and it can prepare you for adjectives endeavours!

I won't go into agonizing detail, but let's a short time ago say it have significantly decreased our power of life. And size, no doubt. Shift work will definitley shorten your enthusiasm span.
Even at its best, it was probably the most inhumane work system that could've be invented. If you have to work shifts, the least possible they can do is give you a straight week or any days or nights, afterwards switch once (!) so that you only own to feel shot lagged once every week. As it is, in attendance is simply never enough time to recouperate. You're any just switching onto night or trying to readjust to days. Constant jet line. Constant fatigue and no break in verbs.

A swing shift is working daylights for two days, then afternoon for three days, consequently night turns for two days...
Swing money to go on different turns, what your doing is only compressing hours into fewer days.
Swing shifts suck! I worked them for 26 years and will not work them ever again! (yea, I retired from them).
Swing shifts shorten your energy span by ten years they say. (How that is to say, I dont know, because the LORD decides how long your going to be on this planet, naught else).
