I'm going to college next year and there's no route for me to live on campus, but the following years I can. But there are problems:
1.) I want to move out to an apartmen next to an old friend bu t she's not sure if she wishes to live on campus or in an apartment.

My fiancé works away from home where he is staying surrounded by a hotel. He, a co-worker, and a 3rd person be having a barbecue and drinking, have a good time. The co-worker claims that my fiance out of no where on earth called him a "Stupid f***ing a-hole", while he be drunk. My fiancé recalls zilch of the incident and the 3rd person confirmed that it didn't take place in their presence. The co-worker not here first, then the 3rd human being left, and in that is no other time that this could have happen outside of the 3rd person's presence. Now the co-worker is calling all of the bosses/higher positions to try to bring my fiancé fired. The co-worker is 6'4, 360lbs black male, and my fiancé is a 5'8 200lb white mannish....if this happened, wouldn't you reflect the co-worker would have confronted him? This be a week ago, and he's hearing just about it now. What should my fiancé do? My fiancé also help bail the co-worker's son out of jail (before this happened). Well i hope you are not imply that because the co-worker is big and black that automatically makes him confrontational. Didn't see where on earth the relevance of that statement came from. If something happen on a job related outing the coworker is taken the right steps to achieve things resolved. It is in your fiance's best interest to go and get a statement from the other person that be there. He should be fine, unless unsurprisingly they decide to bring rid of both of the parties involved.
My best suggestion is to base your assessment of him on your own experiences with him, not on what someone else say. His co-worker could have be Bull sh1ting.
