A man was hired for the post, and I really question my boss's competancy at hiring practices, because this guy be plain FREAKY! It was moved out up to me to train him.
He could never concentrate long enough on what I be telling him to revise the job. When I sent him down to the floor to collect the production information from the an assortment of machines (this was back they were adjectives computerized) he would be gone for hours, if I let him. And when I go looking for him, I would always find him only standing by the biggest parcel sorting machine staring past its sell-by date into space.
I finally got the explanation out of him (after a month of not self able to train him) that he be listening to his staff on Mars, sending him messages in the order of what was going on within his "realm". He said that he was the "emperor of the universe" and that he needed to hold up to date so he could rule his empire properly.
And not a word of a lie, this guy BELIEVED it! I started stir with my boss that intensely same day, and beside her boss later on that week, to achieve rid of him. I finally told them that I flatly refused to be contained by the same room as him, because I be afraid of what he might do. (He had taken to showing up unexpectedly right losing me, and just standing near...super creepy!)
They finally got him removed from the department while they sent him for psychiatric evaluation. And he was so bleak that not even the Union would go to bat for him. The Post Office finally get him successfully fired 6 months later.
The subsequent person they sent me be a daughter of one of the employees from another department. And she turned out to be a dream...a hastily learner, and smart and quick. I have her thoroughly trained in a week.
My friend, let's obverse it: in any work or business place, is strong to make money. If it isn't your supervisor, it's the other human resources. Just survive, strict business(if possible), punch out and go home.
No! But here is lots of backstabbing going on..which is usual!
Although, I have evidence against a guy... i can attain him fired any day i want lol. He doesn't know just about it.. So the day i bring pissed off he is done lol...
One time, I be a team applicant, I wasn't a shift supervisor. I had go to the bathroom when I came stern everybody was lethal quiet. She lost her unemployment skin and was later living in a homeless shelter. Very offended.
well if truth be told I heared of a fed-ex pilot or engineer to some extent that always thought he be going to die in a plane crash so what he did is on one flight he get the fire extinguisher and knocked both pilots out personal ad tried to crash th plane but the pilots woke up and the plane landed safetly

Its other a bit difficult being a temp and have to explain to people again and again, dont verbs about it too much.

Hey, other glad to clear things up. I've been working next to the company for quite awhile presently, and I can answer these pretty easy. Firstly, I never took an interview, I merely got hired. It usually doesn't event what you apply as, they usually use you as they see fit (I applied to work in the final, but they wanted me to model). From what I've hear from co-workers that had to interview, adjectives they want is someone good-looking, friendly, and outgoing. Just be confident, but not cocky, don't dress up, wear the companies clothes, use the mannequins as guides.
As for question, I've heard everything from "What do you approaching to do in your freetime" to "What superpower do you want to have", it seem kind of all over the place. If it's a group interview, the ONLY important piece, is to have an answer, it doesn't own to be perfect. Just read aloud something, to show you're outgoing. Be friendly, greet the manager (usually your interviewer), shake hand, big smile, all that. That's the biggest entry they look for. Hopefully this wasn't too long of answer, if you have any other question, you're more than welcome to write me vertebrae. Tell me how it went!
Wear their clothes and be courteous and professional. Some may influence it's a kiss up but I disagree. That's exactly how you will dress and act if you worked at hand so why not give them a preview? That's what interviews are for, right?

I just considered necessary to walk but I am a struggling single mother and requirement my job, he know this too.
