I would a bit inherit it. Working sucks. You work hard adjectives your life and still return with nowhere. To be born rich would have be awesome. I don't see how they could get "bored" they own the whole world at their fingertips. I would travel and do some well brought-up with it though, not fritter away my life close to Ms. Hilton.

I certainly wouldn't judge so. If you are paid hourly, you should be compensated by the hour, and if they ask why you're not doing it anymore, tell them what you've told us. I'm pretty sure they cannot force you to work hours you're not mortal paid for, and it sounds similar to they're taking you for granted too. I certainly wouldn't work any hours i wasn't compensated for. I think if you looked surrounded by to the legal side of it...they wouldn't enjoy a leg to stand on!
I think you should put what you own said in writing to your row manager, his/her instantaneous superior , personnel and the wages department. Also, if you are not in a federation join one.

She be one of two supervisors on a certain cubicle of the shop.
She was not long told that the store is not entitled to two supervisors on that piece and that she must go on to another clause where the obligation for a supervisor exists.
Although this upset her as she thouroughly enjoyed her errand she was likely to cooperate and moved without complaint.
Now, smaller amount then two months after that, the store is recruiting to flood the position she was told it be not entitled to.
Surely this cannot be right!!

Unfortunately in this day and age things like this do tend to come about, and there doesn't give the impression of being to be much to stop employers doing them. But as I said, hope advice and see what is the best entity for her to do. No doubt the company would probably say she could apply for the position, but that would be a see in the teeth if she did but consequently wasn't given the job!

Or apply for the work as supervisor on the dept and see what happens and speak to a better authority and tell them it is not right what they are doing if they cannot explain why consequently tell them you would close to the post back.

Sounds wrong to me. Contact the TUC, Trade Union Council, any find them online or through your local phone book. They can tell you your employment rights. However is it worth making a fuss? This may not be constructive dismissal but I know what these supermarkets are adept of from personal experience and you could be putting both your jobs at risk. Just a thought.

One of the bosses had a genuine beef with a clad enough stock guy name Chris, of whom I always get along with. At $5.00 an hour, nobody did. But he give me this funny, sly grin and tells me that he get back at the guy, in recent times as he's pulling out of the lot.
I go inside and Mike walk up to me, ashen and shocked. He asks me to step over to the break area (which be just a worsted up table in a corner near trash everywhere). He had this favorite bowl that he'd bring his lunch surrounded by everyday and he freaking *cherished* this thing. So he tell me to open the fridge door and within, sitting in the middle be Mike's favorite bowl...
...with a pile of human feces within the middle of it and a plastic fork sticking out.
I never saw Chris after that and got a better commission the very subsequent week.
