I was offered a post for 22.72 / hr. yesterday. I'm making 12.50 right now w/ bennifits. The opportunity I'd be getting would have break time but no medical. It's basicly sales, but you are rewarded by the appointment, not by the sale, so even if you don't produce a sale, you still grasp 22.72/ hr. The difference between this job and others (cut co.) is that they bring back you the leads and you are gaurunteed 22 appts. per week or 44 hrs. / week. Also, here are NO LAYOFFS! It just seem too good to be true. What other signs of a bogus available job should I be looking for? I need minister to. What should I ask the boss man?

They offered me a job too and I didn't embezzle it. They didn't pay per hour but per appointment and it be only $17 (that be 6 months ago). Also, they told me I would have to catch my own appointments.
As for the guaranteed 22 appointments - nothing is guaranteed. You still enjoy to set them and not everybody is going to let you do it. Also, it's not only just 44 hours because it still takes time to set those appointments.
I honestly wouldn't switch job if I were you previously investigating them a little more. To me they sounded fishy so I approved to go next to another job.
You are terrifically correct in assuming this mission may not be what is being promised. First, it is impossible to determine contained by the lifespan of a company whether there will be any layoffs. Secondly, if you are anyone paid through an incentive program, why are they offering to retribution you whether there is a public sale or not. No incentive there... First, they told me to procure hired with them i needed to jump through a local employment agency, i would work at their company for the first three months but during that time technically i am actually an member of staff of this employment agency. After 3 months i move up and become their employee-then i get insurance, 401k and adjectives the benefits. I never heard of anything resembling this before but i thought, what the Hell i would hand over it a shot. Now i find out that just second month they rounded up all of their body from the same said agency and fired them adjectives at once. And now they are bringing contained by a whole strange crew-me being one.

Now they mentioned "for profit schools" and I honestly own no idea what they denote since every university makes a profit (well, except the ones in the region of to close), but there are heaps schools that submit online courses, though each university will be differnt in what courses can be taken online and how much of the scope can be done through that method.
In any case, I suppose a well-mannered place to start would be saying what state you are contained by and then enquiry each university beside criminal justice degree if they offer online courses. Just be prepaired to hear that most school only propose the basic courses online.

I was placed at risk of redundancy on 1 February 2007 (because my employer intends to relocate our job to India) and the 90-day consultation period done yesterday. We've been told that the earliest anyone will be made redundant will be 1 August and it looks promising that my job will be OK until mid December.
However, I've be offered another job that wishes me to start ASAP and it would obviously be correct if I can get out near some sort of redundancy payment. From what the government have said so far within would seem to be 4 types of redundancy packages available:
(A) Nothing.
(B) Statutory minimum redundancy (1.5 weeks per year of service?)
(C) Enhanced redundancy (statutory + 2 weeks). This is conditional on signing a Compromise Agreement.
(D) Enhanced + lb2,000 bonus. This is conditional on departure on the preferred date suggested by the company.
I'd guess that I'd not get (D) if I want to will ASAP, but I want to improve my probability of getting (B) or (C). Any suggestions?
