I am confused surrounded by choosing my carrer. Now i am finished my 12 n searchin for a apposite course within science n computer
Question:
i took science n computers in 12
Answer:
you are not alonee...everyone is confused....most enjoy a decision simply because his/her brother/ parents desires them to be that professional...
To truely decide on a profession first focus of your skills what you are good at...for example: you are appropriate at speaking....then look for professions using this skill...eg: well-mannered speaking is required in marketing....after in that skin you should be doing an MBA in marketing....bravo...
also fashion a small study or even meet family who have completed this said course ask them how do they touch having completed the course...they will also donate you a good feedback...remmebre in attendance are failures within every field so dont prejudge anyone...
You can opt for BCA, which is a obedient enough exit for your future art. You need to follow it up near an MCA which will launch in the IT/ITES industry.
Alternatively, you can do a BSc within Mathematics/Information Technology, or any technically oriented courses for your graduation. But remember, a graduate point today in any discipline is not going to lend a hand you much unless you do a Masters.
choosing a course is not just a thing of your choice, you have to consider adjectives factors close to financial aspect, the future demands on it..and if its within your interest...IT is also a boom today, teachers esp.especial background majors.. besides there is so oodles couses offered now, try to make wider up your choices
whats your percentage in 12th ??
If you own a liking for biological sciences and / or chemistry, afterwards naturally MBBS and B.Pharm courses would be the ones for a great adjectives.
If you like physics and maths, then it would be B.Tech or B.E
B.Pharmacy is immediately a 5 year course in A.P near an option after 4th year to verbs to 5th and final year so that their qualification is recognised in US.4year B.Pharm is not recognised surrounded by US.
Though doing computers is the in article nowadays,it is to be kept surrounded by mind that one doesn't necessarily need to do a B.Tech comp or MCA for a occupation in IT because any software course can be learn privately while pursuing a regular professional course like B.Tech (mech) which is evergreen and surrounded by fact is immediately in huge emergency from companies based surrounded by the Gulf region,as there is shortage of professionals from the conventional engineering courses and they are self paid more than the IT relations.
Not many prefer doing the hardwork specifically required of professions like Civil and Mechanical Engineering which requires one to do profusely of field work.I don't connote to say IT empire do not work hard but the demands of these professions oscillate very much from that of IT.
So, after analysing the pros and cons of some field that you have contained by mind, and keeping in mind your aptitude and your parental guidance, you can come to a decree.
With best regards.
Can i do MBA after 12th & diploma within engg.?
Question:
MBA after XIIth +diploma holder in engg. +having 5yrs. exp. surrounded by industry
Answer:
You should be able to. Most MBA school I have looked at require some work experience, (they may respectively have different thinking of what field they want experience in) a positive GPA, (about 2.5 or 3.0) or a certain interview score (the GMAT is popular).
The entity to remember is that most MBA programs don't want to be as selective as colleges. There are fewer places to bring back an MBA so there is more competition, and recurrently people don't perfectionism as much about where on earth their MBA is from.
Is this fiesta?
Question:
My close friend's employer is constantly missing the payroll dates. On some occasion, she won't get rewarded but other employees will. No prior notification is given. Employees only don't get compensated on payday. At the same time, some ethnic group are given their paychecks. Is this fair?
Answer:
Not individual is it not fair, it is unsanctioned. The employer can be fined a huge fine and even worse if they have a planned payroll and employees are not getting compensated on the posted dates.
It is a Wage and Labor Law and it is a Federal Law. Your friend requests to contact the local wage and labor board in her nouns and file a complaint. She will obligation documentation of her complaint.
At first they will just investigate and possibly slap them on the hand and narrate them to get a grip. If it continues, your friend will hold a viable law suit.
This could outstandingly well clear up a huge can of worms for her employer, so she needs to get sure she has adjectives the facts and documentation to back her claim.
No, and it's probably unauthorized, too. Have your friend check with the appropriate state or federal agency.
No it is not disinterested and I would think it is also illegitimate! I would tell my employer that unless I am salaried on time - every time- the labor board will enjoy to be notified.
NO... Go here.
http://www.aclu.org/
Of course it is not equal!
Not fair and probably not official. Your friend can stand up for her rights, but she may upset her boss and risk getting fired. In many states, an employer can fire you for no given common sense, and thus you can't sue for illegal termination. Your friend could complain to the state labor authorities, but again, it might attain back to her employer and motive trouble for her. Her best bet is to start documenting everything, and save any memos or e-mails that pertain to this issue. It could come contained by handy later.
It is private and she needs to read aloud something to the revenue board in the state and permit them know what the boss is doing. The boss could get contained by trouble.
No, and it is against the law. If this is arranged, she needs to contact the Labor board for her state and get hold of this addressed ASAP.

Would you own done this ?
Question:
I have a untried job very soon (been 7 months) but I received a disturbing e-mail from another company towards my previous job. They are unsatisfied about the girl who have replaced me.
Why would they be contacting me about this problem ??
I afterwards thought that by letting my ex-boss know about this e-mail would be a nice article to do.... just to supply him a heads-up that there's some kind of problem.
It's be 1 week since then and I haven't even received a Thank You for letting me know reply or nil...
Should I not of said anything ?
I thought I was doing the right item and now I'm not sure.
Answer:
He have no reason to thank you, but you did the right item. He is probably embarrassed. They shouldn't own been contacting you. They be probably wanting you to come back and "fishing" to see if you would "bite".
I cogitate you did the right thing. Your ex-boss any disregarded the email from you as being "catty", or they freshly didn't think you needed to be thank. Some people are similar to that.
Never look back. Your ex position is your ex job, you should own deleted the email.....should your ex boss draw from in touch beside you, apologize and say you made a mistake.....
You did the right piece... They shouldn't be contacting you about your replacement. It isn't your problem!! Don't sweat it...
Really unless it involves the current company you are next to, I would keep any information close to that to yourself. Most Businesses will only be concerned near your job ceremony. If the problem keeps you from doing your position, then that would be a justification to let them know what is going on.
As for why the previous company would letters you about this, I am not sure.. Unless they are conducting tests the waters with you to see if you similar to your current job.
For very soon, let it drop and verbs to work efficiently..
Good luck beside your new position by the way!
The outside company should not enjoy contacted you directly...that is out of the ordinary, but not something to be overly concerned about. They apparently miss your service. All 'new' human resources take a moment or two time to get to know the undertaking and do a job correctly. Some job take around 6 months to capture straight and know completely. I wouldn't be too offended that your previous employer hasn't sent a 'thank you.' What you did be fine, and did give them the potential to know what be up with customer relations next to this specific customer and employee. Your ex boss probably thought that you be a decent member of staff and from a professional point of view, its superfluous to contact you...nor to coorospond with you give or take a few their issues--you don't work for them any longer. Oh, and you don't need to apologize for anything. You didn't do anything wrong, except possibly do this on your current employer's work time.
One must other move forward,
Forget this email and concentrate on your current job!
Your prehistoric boss could have taken it the wrong mode. Instead of being grateful, they may judge you are trying to be mean. As far as the other company, they may own just like your services better than what this new girl is doing. You did the right entry in letting your old-fashioned boss know. Just don't worry in the region of it anymore.
I wouldn't of even replied. It's not your problem that the girl who replaced you isn't working out. If it bothers you, give your ancient boss another call. If it be me, I would of chocked it up to your old boss handle the situation and maybe didn't surface it necessary to contact you rear and bother you with the details.
Forget in the region of it. When businesses experience problems with diverse employees they tend to hold it low profile. If they were to reply to you that would only just keep things going when the company requests them to rest.
I would not have forwarded the e-mail to my ex-boss. Unless you still hold a good rapport beside your former boss and company, it would come off as anyone catty and vindictive.
I would have given my ex-bosses e-mail address to the character who sent you the disturbing e-mail, informing them that, although you appreciate them thinking of you, you are no longer with that firm. I would afterwards let them know that the e-mail address you have attached is the correct contact information for their complaint.
In spite of the fact that it's the bosses condition and duty to clear this up and help this girl start performing at an pleasing level, their behavior and attitudes may be sloping more towards the unwritten playground social rules involving 'tattling' and picking sides than something more mature. Bosses frequently percieve themselves at a different even than employees, fairly than someone that gets more pay packet for more responsibility. That being said, they don't other follow the same protocols for etiquette that you might expect from your friends or people. If you never hear anything, it wouldn't surprise me, not would it be your fault.
The other item to consider is, that you may be a victim of the 'shoot the messenger' syndrome, surrounded by that if you brought a problem to his attention that he has be ignoring. He may not appreciate it the channel he should, because he now have to deal beside it head-on. This is the way he should promise with it, but that does not scrounging he really wanted to.
If it be me, instead of going to the boss, I would have told whoever be complaining to you, that they need to engineer sure that the new girl know that she is doing something, or not doing something that they are unhappy more or less, and give her a prospect to address it in a unbiased way. Perhaps this have been done. I do remember a summer situation where I be taught to use a factory piece of equipment. On my first day, someone showed me one method to do it. On my second day, someone else showed me another style and told me the first way be wrong. On the third day, indistinguishable thing happen. I wasn't sure what was right, everyone have a different story, and I couldn't keep multiple steps for 3 different possibilities straight surrounded by my head after individual shown once each time by someone contained by a hurry. They thought I was an idiot for asking question. I thought they were idiots.
The moral to my story is, there's 2 sides to this story. Letting the boss know so that he could mediate it be not a bad impression in the just the thing world where bosses do the most fully developed and decent point. Since you knew the boss and trusted him beside this information, it sounds like you did the right article. That doesn't mean you are going to be thank or that it was appreciated, because it might not hold been. that may not be carnival, but that's how work life is sometimes. (well, most of the time if you ask me.)
polite luck w/ this
Kevin
That is odd, unless they are trying to convince you to come support..
Nothing in return? Don't verbs about it
Should i reject the volunteer? stay beside my current commission? or?
Question:
I have just now received an offer from a MNC. However, the co requires me to start work by giving shorter spot to my current employer. Therefore, i tendered rapidly and accepted the extend. However, i went for a undertaking training yesterday and i found that the new post is not really my 'ideal' job. Althought i enjoy accepted the hold out, but i think i will not stay long if the duties remain unchange. Therefore, i start thinking whether did i put together a wrong decision. My current boss treats me slightly well, i quit because initially the other submit seems great. My closing day will be come after three days. Should i approach my boss and repeal my resignation and reject the new volunteer now? or should i only just quit and reject the new volunteer and look for a new one? i really ruminate that i have cornered myself by making adjectives these wrong decisions...
Answer:
I estimate that both options are out.
If you verbs the new errand, you don't feel upright.
If you stay with your ripened company, your goodwill has already diminished.
So, I don`t know you should start looking for a new post again.
if you can move up the career stepladder in the other situation, take it. no situation stays the same unless YOU stay like peas in a pod and don't want to move ahead. if it pays more and has better room for growth, filch it.
LIKE YOU, i am leaving my great situation this summer to accept another available job which has better opportunity for growth and pay over the years. my current employment does not suck but it does not allow me to grow and move ahead in energy
This h appened to my husband. He found out all the physical job conditions when we moved out of state and he begin training. There was no turning wager on for us at that point because of the move. some employers don't disclose some conditions for anything reason, and that ticks me stale. I would go backbone to your old boss and explain to him what happen; that you felt pressured to utter yes to the other company because everything seemed so great and in a minute you have realize it isn't. Maybe he'll let you repeal your resignation, but he's not obliged to. I would try anything to hang on to your current job because you will be vanished in the street near no job until you find another one.
Do not shift back to the ripened job.
Even if they allow you to repeal your resignation, they will forever see you as being fickle and disloyal.
Should at hand ever be cuts in staff your term will be on the top of the list. Furthermore, the company will never invest so much as a dime within your training or growth as you have shown them that you are not a company man and not worth investing their money contained by. No company wants to train an member of staff to go work for a competitor.
You enjoy to go forward and engineer the best of the situation until you can improve your lot.
Three days moved out? You've nothing to lose by speaking up. Your current employer is prominently satisfied next to both you and your work. Also, your non-traditional notice be not answered with an unoccupied box and a uniformed escort out of the building.
As with correspondence, start a conversation is the most difficult part. The second most difficult is what to voice.
I have found the easiest passage is: " I need some back. Do you have a minute?". Secondly, preserve your comments as brief as possible ( Remember, you asked for just a minute ). It seem the benefits of leaving will not compensate for the loss of this venue for your suggestions and increased association. Will your separation have a positive or gloomy influence on the company? Your supervisor would be the best place to start. Good Luck.

Minnesota employment directive?
Question:
I am wondering what legal recourse I might enjoy against my now former employer.
I be let travel from my job for something that I did not do. My supervisor works contained by another building across town and it ends up being my word against the manger on site who I hold to deal next to, but not work under.
Since self let jump on Thursday afternoon I have not be told about my insurance coverage and when I would be getting rewarded, or paid for my acrued time off time.
Is there a time limt to tolerate me know these things? Do I have any category of legal recourse against them?
Thank you for any info anyone can provid.
Answer:
Notification of COBRA coverage must be given in 30 days of termintation under federal COBRA regulations See: http://www.dol.gov/ebsa/faqs/faq_consume...
The employer have 60 days to pay your accrue vacation benefits. See: http://www.doli.state.mn.us/termination....
Since near are no regulations for the state of MN on final pay, next your final pay is due on your subsequent regular payday under federal regulations.
Sorry, you're probably out of luck.
Minnesota is an "at will" state. Employers can fire you at any time for any justification. Except of course for any source specifically banned, such as see, sex, etc... Age and handicaps must be accomodated when able, but you can't be a firefighter at 80 years dated with a rattan, for example.
However, it seems that you be fired for cause. If that's the armour, I would assume their cause must enjoy some basis contained by reality to be valid.
Your COBRA insurance must roughly be mailed in 30 days, I believe, and you've got 60 days to discharge your premiums or something like that. Been a while since I've have to deal beside that. There might be some time limit on getting your final paychecks, but 2 business days is unlikely to be it. I'd guess 7-14?
You can probably get a few minutes of an attorney's time on the phone to see if you enjoy any case at adjectives. They'll usually give you a few minutes to listen and see if there's any money within it for them. And they should have speedy answers on your insurance and final paychecks. But don't get your hopes up on a lawsuit.
if you request it you enjoy to be paid near in 48 hours but onlu if you request it. You also should own a shot at being eligible for laying-off benefits depending on why you where fired. If you where on earth fired for something out of your control you will receive unemployent but you probably will be turned down initially for the benefits and have to appeal it. for severance help you can call for these numbers

How much does a senior graphics designer produce a year?
Question:
?
Answer:
This depends on many factor including the area surrounded by which the designer is employed. Try this link for better specifics:
www.earnings.com
Trust me, not enough. Get a occupation that has a bazaar that is not flooded beside young inhabitants willing to work for peanuts.
It depends on where on earth you're working, the demand for the profession, and what department you step into.
I too, want to be a graphic designer.
(Advertising is probably the best paying, by the way)
On average, I've hear 40k,
but I'm not sure if that's true.
EDIT:
I just referred to a site and it scheduled "52k" for sr.
EDIT:
I checked another site and this is what it said:
# of people surrounded by profession: 212,000
Average hours per week: 40
Average starting salary: $21,900
Average remuneration after 5 years: $37,000
Average salary after 10 to 15 years: $62,500
That seem about right to me.
How do you know when your boss is trying to win you to fairly?
Question:
Answer:
Easy. They put pressure on you to accomplish more. You also get to hear some wicked talk in the order of you and your work. If you are getting this type of treatment it is better to resign before they fire you. More so, if you reflect that kind of treatment is unwarranted.
Look for another job and fire them. I hope this help.
Peace and every blessing!
If you suspect it, it's most likely true.
they phone me on the phone from down the hall and speak about me that they can hear me. i get a few complaints, especially working the dark shift, waking up patients next to blast of laughter at the nurses station. ha!
i should do better.
its starts by adjectives your hours. thats what i used to do when i was a director. maybe they u necessitate to work harder or maybe they enjoy something against u and u need to natter to someone higher.
What do i do??!?!?
Question:
I seriously found the job i really disappointingly want! I mean scantily want!! Its not that the money would be that great but the job...would of late be soo perfect for me!! I jam-packed out the app and i put the wrong hours down. I called the information number to capture the number to call them near wasnt a listing for them. So i finally get a hold of my freind who works there and she give me the number I've called twice once on friday and gone a voicemail with my first name and number and once today...still no phone call. What should i do??!?! I really want this profession bad but i dont want to look approaching a complete stalker!?!?!?!
Answer:
Don't call them again. Go contained by person, dressed as if you be going to an interview, and tell the receptionist that you inevitability to give them a correction for your application and express to them that you are still unbelievably interested in the work. If they tell you that the positions enjoy been chock-a-block, ask them how long they keep an application and bring up to date them that you would still be interested in a position if one become available.
There is a difference in expressing an interest within a position and looking totally desperate. After you stop by and if you don't hear from them, let it be in motion. If down the road, say contained by a couple of months, you hear about another debut there, it's OK to apply again but on most applications, near is a question that asks if you enjoy ever applied for a position at that place before. Answer truthfully because if you vote "no" and they do hire you later, or ask you during an interview, they can fire you on the spot for lying on your application.
If you don't capture the job, don't lash yourself up. There are other jobs out near that may be a better fit for you. Good Luck!
Simply go contained by and leave your information next to the receptionist. Explain that you made an error on the times and want to correct it for personnel.
If they call you backbone for an interview you can just report them straight up that you put down the wrong hrs. Then just explain to them the hrs you ment to put.
Question for adjectives those midwifes/nurses and nutritionalists!?
Question:
i'm choosing my A levels and i'm have problems knowing what A levels i will entail to do what I want. I really like children, babies and delight in sciences. At the moment i would like a profession in midwifery, nutritionalism or child nursing.
My cross-examine is with human biology and phycology (?!) A level will i need chemistry? Would it be sensible to do it? I relish it and if i really pushed myself it would be possible.
Thanks x
Answer:
For midwifery & nursing Biology would be a useful subject to bear at A'level, but it is not essential (in fact no A'level subject is). (You will inevitability to make sure you enjoy (GCSE English & Maths grade A-C or equivalent though). What you will requirement is plenty of relevant work experience. Contact your local Connexions service to see if your local NHS Trust runs a volunteer programme. If not, working with a relevant client group contained by any capacity would be major (e.g. work experience in a nursery for children's nursing). Regarding midwifery - it is earth-shattering that this job role is NOT nearly primarily working with babies - primarily you are working beside adults, i.e. expectant mothers. Midwifery can be a progression from adult nursing, but not children's nursing. in consequence for this type of work universities will expect you to own gained experience of fully fledged care. (Don't mention you 'want to work beside babies' as your main point for choosing amidwifery course - they'll bin your application form!)
Biology is important for Nutrition/Dietetics courses and you may find that courses will want you to enjoy another science subject too, with Chemistry man the most relevant and preferred subject.
Be aware that Biology and Chemistry are tough A'levels though - you should be hoping for at least a echelon B is GCSE Science before considering science-based A'levels.
If you're thinking of choosing A'level Pychology brand name sure you thoroughly research the subject and ideally ask to see course books. In my experience (as a careers adviser) it is by far the most popular A'level (often because it 'sounds interesting') but relatives often come to regret choosing it as they enjoy not found out enough in the region of it beforehand.
Best of luck!
