I worked for ColdStone rear in 2004-2005 surrounded by Garner, NC. When I went for my audition it be really fun and laid back. I be in a room next to about 15 other potential personnel and we all sit at a long table with the two store owners and the organizer. From what i remember they asked us to think up a breakneck song about one of their rime cream creations, and then they put you surrounded by groups to work on it and sing it. Also they go around the room and own everyone say something around themselves or share a joke or show past its sell-by date a talent. They like society who will be outgoing and entertaining while mixing the ice cream.
Just budge in beside a clean appearance, grow attitude, and most of all HAVE FUN!
I really enjoy working there, the race were nice over adjectives, and even though the summer time would get highly busy, it was not at adjectives bad. And at the closing of your shift, you can take home what is call a "shift treat" which is usually a "like it" sized rime cream with anything mix ins you want.

anyway the 2 kids in ask have threatened me next to vilonce the boss told to not to . but when there are 2 of them together and no boss around they do this. they wont do this when they are one on one next to me .

There own been some upright answers already so I'll try not to repeat too much what other people enjoy already said.
However, I would like to repeat that violent behaviour is not the answer and I think even you already know that.
Regardless of the moral implication, you could seriously compromise your own situation and end up beside costly legal problems.
Another approach vague is to try and figure out the source of the threats and the reason behind them.
First of adjectives, is it possible to know whether or not there hold been other complaints next to these kids, or has it simply been against yourself?

Since you are a driver and the other kids are loaders it sounds like you are a more prized employee than they are, so your boss will most possible take your side since hiring strong back is a heck of a lot easier than hiring a trial driver. If they can't be transferred to a new driver, later it sounds like they stipulation to be replaced. They've threatened you and have placed you surrounded by an intolerable work situation. You don't want to work in those conditions so renovation it.
If that's not possible, try to come up near an 'agreement' with the others to a moment ago work and stop the comments and you will do likewise. Try and dispense them respect with next deserve it. Praise them when they do well and try and take no notice of whatever they do disappointingly. It sounds like they are uprising with authority so try not to direct them about. If they work really rock-hard one day, and aren't doing their usual hindmost talk, etc...buy them a coffee to show your appreciation. Smile and enunciate "good work". You don't own to go overboard or anything and never voice something you don't really mean. Try not to engender it like a big business deal.

I would still try to keep working near your boss about this and ask your boss if he really think you should put yourself in peril with these punks. You shouldn't hold to put up this crap at work. The right action is to write a compaint so they can achieve a thorough investigation before the company can cart action. You said you be a corrections officer so you know how to write a log. Write down specific times they've tried to do this and write them up. Call your boss that same day if it get abusive.
It's the manager's responsibilities to generate sure that everyone in the company get equal rights. Threatening someone is a form of harassment. Harassment should not be allowed surrounded by a workplace and in most cases improper.

It sort of sounds approaching you haven't really got a clue what you're looking for within the first place. I can't believe that a decent undertaking hasn't emerged contained by 3 years. If you don't have a clear impression of what you're looking for, you're not going to find it.
It may be that, as you have not taken a vocational point (same as I didn't) you are going to have to plan your art a little and possibly may own to go in the region of gaining some form of relevant experience back entering it (I undertook voluntary work past training as a careers adviser).
I'm not sure if you access the careers department at your university - it may be too unpunctually to do so now anyway (they usually volunteer guidance to graduates for two years after graduation).
