Maybe it's a responsibility type of issue. Unless they've either won the lottery, adjectives a large sum of money, or they're leaching bad of the government, most adults work. As an employer I'd want to know why you weren't working during any gap to ensure whatever the plea was, that you wouldn't hold that urge to do it again and scr*w me over. It takes alot of time and money to bring on a bright hire, and neither commodity is one an employer likes to misuse.

I'm not downing what you did. In fact, moderately the opposite, I'm spiteful as heck that I've never had the opportunity to do it and would love to. If asked, I really don't see any basis to lie more or less it, but I wonder how many employer will really believe it and think you're trying to cover up something, approaching perhaps a detain sentence, an injury/sickness that may effect your employment status in the adjectives, something in your previous preventing you from being employable...etc.

As a former best buy employee, agree to me say that what you should do is dress close to their employees dress. Meaning khakis and a polo shirt or something. Depending on the department that you are surrounded by, I would recommend learning as much as you can going on for the items they sell within that department. Go to a bestbuy and start quizzing the associates about the products, and do some research on your own. Other than that, in recent times be relaxed and be yourself.

I suggest khakis and a polo style shirt and if you enjoy it, a sport coat.

Either way, you want to trade name a good dent. It could start as a sales errand, or cashier but could finish off up as a manager position eventually. Show them that you can be professional.

Regardless of who is interviewing you, shake hand, make eye contact and answer contained by complete sentences. Articulates are a no no. Do some research on the history of the company, you never know if they ask.
