I just found out that my cat might be inert because he's been missing for going on for 4 days now and that I'm suppose to expect the worst. I'm really upset and right immediately I'm going on 1 hour of sleep. Yesterday I tried to call my boss and relay her I wasn't up for working today because of what I just found out. She give me the guilt trip and I went within to work. This morning I feel even worse so I get my boyfriend to call surrounded by for me because I could barely speak. She get all foolish that i was letting her down and going away her short staffed. I never ask for days off. And the one time I involve a day rotten to calm myself down and try to overcome the communication I just get she makes me touch like crap. My press is when I go into work tomorrow what should I right to be heard to her? And secondly was I wrong to embezzle a day sour because of my cat or was that a stupid point?

My girlfriend's grandfather owns a commercial cleaning business and they are losing all of their business due to other companies putting lower bids on job.
For example, his cleaning business (Cleantech) was contracted to verbs the Whirlpool plant in Ohio. They cleaned it for years and years, but only just, another company put in a lower bid, and Whirlpool kicked Cleantech out for this other company. The Whirlpool representative and her grandfather were flawless friends and he said that this new company does horrible work, but since they put surrounded by a lower bid, they had to turn with them. Its a screwed up situation.
I am lately saying, its a tough business and you are going to enjoy to deal near other companies that take huge short cuts on work so they can put surrounded by lower bids.

I am working at my large paying I.T. job and doing the commercial cleaning contained by eveings. I am only doing the cleaning biz 16 hours a week (evenings) but hold brought in plenty money and customers that I am now starting to see a time within my biz that if I double my current business I may be able to quit my I.T. opening. I am tired but the work is manageable. I am dreaming of the time that I can be self employed.
As a sole proprietor, with no staff, I grain confident that you could earn $50-$60k per year. I am looking to add staff, incorporate and grow my business. In 2 years, If I stay at the sale part of the biz, I hope to earn $180-$200K per year.
