She is told by another work where she can sit and told the brass tacks but then decide to go and read manual. she seems really shy. single talks when asked something but laughs along at others joke and seems commonly nice and friendly. she has some work allocated to her but merely a few phone calls and the rest of the hours of daylight sits at a desk reading files and manuals. she doesnt really speak up to anything and looks outstandingly nervous looking. she seem hard working and keep to herself but you know she's new and she doesnt enjoy much work herself to do. What would your criticism be to this new party? let her be, its her that have to take initiative or try and facilitate her?
