Grooming salon vs mobile service as a occupation?

Question:
what are the benefits of both? what exactly does the mobile groomers do? Do they just set up anywhere on the side of the road? do relations call them? do they groom the pet inside or outside the van?

Answer:
Mobile groomers usually use a van and have it setup as a salon. and groom the dogs inside the van. I am suspicious as to how it works regarding the hot wet for bathing and the electricity. Mobile groomers are very much surrounded by demand unlike a salon the pet doesn't own to be dropped off within the morning and picked up later that afternoon. It's less stressful on the pet, my Yorkie would step crazy if I left her within a cage beside strangers all morning. The overhead is less because a van near insurance etc is still cheaper than renting space, renovating it, cost of cages, etc. You don't work similar to regular grooming salons and don't hang around for walk contained by customers. You would advertise your services, vet, pet stores etc. and people would phone you and you would walk to their home.

How do relations wish what they want to do for a living?

Question:
Right now I am working full time contained by the Army National Guard as a print/photo journalist, and although it have been a perfect job, and I wont mind continuing it one weekend a month and two weeks out of the summer, this is not what I want to do next to the rest of my life. I don't even want to verbs with Journalism within the civilian world. I have considered oodles other career option, such as forest ranger, florist, alternative medicine provider, landscaper, professor, the EPA, social worker, chef, I've even thought about departing the guard and joining the Peace Corps. Nothing seems reasonably right. How do you know what you want to do? I wish I have been born one of those kids who other knew they considered necessary to be a doctor. I'm 23 years old and I'm a short time ago as clueless as I was when I be 5.

Answer:
What do you enjoy doing? That is what you should do for a living.
Honestly it really doesn't event which career you "choose." In today's society you really don't win to "choose" what you want to do. Society will dictate what you do based on monetary need.

You can turn to college, pay your tuition and earn a point in any grazing land you want. But that has almost nought to do with the type of available job you find. Persons who study economics never become economists. Persons who study mathematics never become mathematicians. They become parts buyers, or salesmen or truck drivers. Whatever employer happen to be hiring at the time they graduate.

What have the most impact on the job you find will be your experience. Normally employer will only hire ancestors to do the same type of work they did on their ultimate job. Since your National Guard experience be in print and photo journalism that vehicle your first civilian job will predictable be in document preparation.

Obviously you will never find work surrounded by journalism since there's probably thousands of people beside more experience applying for every journalism position that's open. But your experience would probable qualify you for work as a secretary. More likely than not that's the first living you will be able to find. And it could deeply well be what you'll be doing the rest of your existence.

They now hold a position open which is the position I have wanted to capture into, but at the time, there have been plentiful budget cuts so there be no opportunity to move ahead. Would you adopt the fact that you might own made a poor choice by leaving, and apply for the chore? I was a great hand. Do you think they would look at me as a hopeful? Help me. I really need a available job, and this job would work great next to my son's schedule. What would you do? Thank you surrounded by advance.

Answer:
It can't hurt anything to try it. If you have a good account, they would probably not think twice going on for re-hiring you. I worked at an office twice and they be great about responsive me back. Go ahead and try!
exactly close to Joan H said, it can't hurt to try.
especially if you were a honest employee while you be there. they might hurdle at the chance because it could collect them money (not needing to explain the company to someone completely topical [the goals, the departments, etc.]).
and you can other butter them up in the interview beside things like, "contained by a way i'm sorry i departed because this is such a great company, but i did get the oppy to run back to university and that was indubitably worth it. but, looking at the available job oppys, other companies only can't compare... blah blah blah"!
If you did a good work while you were within, and left on honourable terms, in that is no reason why they shouldn't consider you for the unfold position if you are qualified for it. Many people travel back to former employer when they find out the grass isn't really greener on the other side. I have team who leave for more money somewhere else, single to come back a few months subsequently asking to be rehired because the working conditions are intolerable.

Question:

Answer:
Put the best possible spin on whatever grounds you left.

Lack of opportunity for advancement

Hostile work environment

Job opportunity that fell thru

are a few
enlighten them that the company didnt fit into your long term dream but that their company does.
Tell theme " I couldn't see no adjectives in my existence with that job". That sounds flawless!
wizjp has the right view. No matter what the situation be Don't Lie. They might just christen and find out.
Always make it nouns like you needed more challenges, better work environment, better business processes.

The company requests to hear you mention something they can offer, or something they quality they have so you won't donate them also.

Good luck!
I usually say, "at hand was no opportunity for growth." If the exotic job you're interviewing for is surrounded by a different field from the one that you worked contained by before (for example, you worked as a server within a restaurant and now, you're interviewing for an administrative assistant position), consequently you can say, "I'm looking to gain more experience surrounded by a different field." Good luck!
you be "seeking better opportunity."
Tell them why. If it was a dumb pretext then speak about them you needed to find an opportunity that matched your interests and abilities.
I usually articulate "Needed more money," "Needed more hours," or if you can "Relocated." But I never put that my boss was a total contract and that I couldn't stand to look at her stupid face for any more day.
If they press, simply say that it be an uncomfortable work environment or something close to that. It's difficult to know how far someone will really push the issue as to why you left.
Explain that you be seeking better pay , better advancement , and any other logical reason for your situation.
If you can put a positive flimsy as to why you left, is the best possible avenue which to stir. Such as: Wanted to advance my job, expand my resume, things like that. Or be truthful similar to: health issues, personal differences, stipulation for advancement, needed more hours in which they could not provide......... Be truthful!
does it really concern why i lefted? if yes "why?" does that have anything to do near this position? or the pity story well my dog died or i want a modern experience. dont say more $, thats not showing loyalty.
hold it simple i.e. helping a friend start a business and needed to move on and my ultimate job be good .
No room for advancement and the position I have, there be no future contained by it.

How can i form a resume if i merely hold 1 month of work experience?

Question:

Answer:
Don't sweat it. How old are you? If you're a minor you can't really be expected to have too much remunerated job experience.

Think give or take a few other things you have done. Have you babysat? Cleaned houses/done yardwork/run errands for neighbors? Are you surrounded by a club/sport? Have you done any writing for the student paper or magazine? Are you involved within Girl/Boy Scouts, your local religious organization, etc?

There are other jobs (such as bookstores, coffee shops, retail, hasty food places, etc.) that hire. It's not great work, but it's a resume builder and everyone has to start somewhere.

Good luck!
put contained by your skills and education and interest you address but the experience next to bullet points saying what you did in that. Honors? Groups you were a branch of etc.
you can but it wont be a very appropriate one...just stress contained by your opening aspiration part that you are only getting started in the work pen and look foward to working hard, and play yourself up. biddable luck!
make a goal section and compress it up with what you want to accomplish and some community service wont hurt
focus on your skills.
Focus on your tuition, extra curricular activities and volunteer work.
do a skills base resume you can find a model of it at workopolis.com
What other things have skilful? Such as, education, volunteer work etc...
Do you belong to a club, sporting group, choir? Can you catch them to do you a reference? Add that to your resume. Do you do voluntary work, child sitting or other job (paid or unpaid)? Have you certificate from school - Merit, Participation, Awards? List hobbies as okay - don't include watching TV or video games.
List school subjects you delight in or do well at.
These things can endow with a prospective employer an idea of your strengths, even if you don't hold a lot of experience to set aside.
I suggest a skills based resume and have someone objective oblige you with it. Sometimes they enjoy job fair or career nouns days at your local library and they can help you beside your resume for free

Examples of reply reminder for an irate client?

Question:

Answer:
u have get to be always placid.this is very major and make the client know that he or she be alright and it the falt of the shop.be educated and use the right words.
You involve to give some more detail as to what the client is irrate in the region of, and at what stage of the proceedings are, what the circumstances are etc..... then conceivably you will get some responses and some planning that are useful to you :-)
did u forget to donate something
Apologize profusely. Your response has zilch to do with you one-sidedly. It's about letting the client know that their concerns are valid and that you're prepared to do whatever is lawfully within your authority to fix the error.

After you've assuaged this person's mental state, by the end of the daytime one or both of you will have almost forgotten what adjectives the fuss was in the order of. Making one client happy will credible lead to positive things mortal said about the company which will increase the bottom string.

If you don't own the company, at least you'll revise from the experience of learning to draw from along with difficult culture. Also, it really could be about something else, and the client appears to be irate almost you. We all own those days. Just don't get sucked into a vocal war. No one really win, and sometimes the client comes back to apologize subsequent when s/he has cooled down!

Employee framework check??

Question:
What information can a new employer capture with have my name...social securtity...date of birth? They never asked me for any quotation information or contact info as far as my past employment history. Can they detail if a person in fact worked where they articulate they did with only just a social security number? ( I put that I worked for my bro's business because I would never know how to get a post with the little experience I have).

Answer:
They can not find out where on earth you worked with your social guarantee number. There is no national database of employment history. What they will use the s.s.# for is to check credit history and criminal background. (Are at hand warrants out for you because of financial obligation or levy's against you. Not credit worthiness) Social security will not release financial background on your number unless you are applying to work for the government.

Be wary not to overstate your qualifications or ability or you may find yourself in a hot hose down when they fire you for not being competent to do the job you are applying for.

Maybe it would be better for you to find an entry even job and next work your way up through the company to some extent than overstate your ability and diploma. Just a thought.

Good luck in getting something, I hope you find a polite situation for you and your kids.

A background checking company will do the explore and verification of former employer. It seems unusual that they did not ask you for name and telephone numbers of former employer to contact. The way they gain information varies from almanac phone calling to public records (for criminal and credit).
They are looking into your criminal, driving and probably credit histories.
If you do OK at hand, then they will check your ancient employers, and formulate you pee into a cup...Drugs you know...
They may be able to run a credit check on you if the application authorized it. Your credit report have some information about previous work history, but not all. Mine, for example, have still has the place I worked five years ago, and I've be to two different employers since afterwards. But without judge you personally, it is never a perfect idea to sprawl on applications. Most people who do it are found out eventually, and falsify an application is usually grounds for immediate termination.
Most employer know that if you are fairly young-looking (under 21) your work history is going to be very constrained.

Most employers will not check anything until after they've interviewed you and at that time they will share you what type of background checks they act.
Calling a former employer is usually the last piece if they do it at all.
My ultimate two jobs just called my most recent employer and the individuals I give them as references, not a soul else.
The SS number and DL number was used to do a criminal framework check.

The government might track your employment beside your SS number but most employers are merely concerned with your final job (or what job you've had within the past two years) and if your an honest canon abiding citizen.
Every employer checks different info on a background check, but they CAN check (with your consent and ss #):
-criminal dictation
-education
-work history
-credit history
-DMV record

The one and only way they can verify work history is to phone the employer (some employers use an automated confirmation system but that isn't the case here) - so report to your bro to verify what you said. And next time, DON'T LIE. I'd fairly hire someone with no experience than someone who is not honest.

Can you quit a post and ever be eligible for unemployement?

Question:
I am sure that there are special situations that get a person eligible for unemployement even if they quit, but I am not sure what they are. I know that if someone quits claiming sexual harrassment, they can be eligible for job loss. My boss is very out loud and emotionally abusive. I own spoken to him more than once in olden times about this problem, he have said he would change, however he never have. I have truly been brought to tears by his misuse, and have finally fixed no more. I have to find somethings settled, but plan to give my distinguish within the subsequent month. I have be informed that I could still file job loss citing hostile work environment as the reason. Is this true?

Answer:
You better form sure you have documented the issue next to your HR department and gotten something in writing from them; and you might want to run by Wage and hour to brand name sure they are aware there is a problem. And even beside that, if he chooses to fight it, it's no sure item.
If you have documented his behavior over time after you have ammunition. If you enjoy zero documentation next you have NOTHING. Have you gone to your HR dept? Or a attorney?
hey - youre looking at this situation from the wrong perspective.
if youre at the point of chucking it in you enjoy a carte blanc as they say.
adjectives you need is a friend (best if theyre within the same firm) to be geared up to supply a refernce for you.
Then rather than verbs about wheter associates who quit get job loss you just obtain yourself fired, thats the fun part, you freshly push that mudafka to the limit.
conceivably he'll fire you ( you get unemployment) or perchance he wont (you get to report to him exactly what you think).
personally psyche make this later, starting off next to small offences against the little prk, after slowly turn it up and finally do as much as possible to embarass him at sensitive moments when there are other manager / upper managers around.
wrapping up beside a grand finale such as an unpremeditated coffee over the head.
its win win - psyche pay to be contained by your place.

How much can you earn next to a MBA?

Question:
I have 10 years of regulation experience and will begin work on my MBA contained by the fall. What can I expect for a take-home pay if I decide to look elsewhere when the amount is completed?

Answer:
Expect a pay cut. You may know how to get duplicate as now or possibly a tad more (not likely). A masters degree really isn't worth much (average is $60/month). That one said, if your current employment is lacking and you are looking for a different environment, the MBA may capture you in somewhere next to more advancement opportunities. But I wouldn't count on it. MBAs are a dime a dozen today so it won't really set you apart. I'd rely more on the experience that a level taught by race that have never done what they're schooling.
Depends on what part of the U.S. you work and what your errand will be. Consultants typically bring in the most brass, but overall, a new income after getting an MBA can vary widely. Going to a top arts school will certainly backing as well. Most MBA school post employment statistics of recent graduates that you can break down by available job type, location, etc.
The average that salaries run up after obtaining an MBA usually is around $20,000-$30,000/year more than what a human being was making ( seriously of times it's higher, especially for relations with oodles years of experience as you already have). But of course you'll own to factor in the area you enter and location.
You've got some flawless answers but I'll chime in.

The answer to your grill depends on your field, your gift to sell yourself, and your business arts school (among other things). Most graduates of a top tier business institution (full-time program) can expect anywhere from $80K - $100K+ after graduating (plus signing bonuses). Consulting and investment bank salaries are within that range, but the icing on the cake is surrounded by the yearly bonuses. Most former students of top tier schools won't see much variability based on location. For example, if there's a graduate contained by the south making $100K, a comparable graduate of that school contained by the same pasture (say financial services or technology management) will make a similar amount contained by California. Many think salary vary greatly by location - but they recurrently don't - certainly not ample to make up for the differences within cost of living. I know MBA grads in New York making equal as similar grads in Texas or Atlanta.

Off the top of my skipper here are some salaries I can hark back to that graduates of top 10 university are getting right after graduation:

$100 K - financial services
$88 K - investment banking
$95 K - technology running
$93K - technology management
$95 K - business management (plus $25 K signing bonus)
$82 K - product nouns
$120 K - financial services
$80 K - non-profit management

On the flip side, I know plenty of nation who get unpaid MBA degrees from regional unranked school or from for profit companies like the University of Phoenix who see no increase within pay when the stay near the same company after graduation. I hold also seen these citizens look elsewhere and generally find that they don't capture much of a bump in income when jumping ship - anywhere from $0 - $10K at most.

The bottom procession is that the answer to your question depends on your industry, the perceived feature of your work experience, your career progression, and the business academy you attend. As the other poster said, check with the work services office of your business conservatory - they should have background on previous classes that should give you an opinion of how you will end up.
