I am trying to work at a mall and i hold been calling some of the stores. Stores such as abercrombie, charlotte russe, hollister etc. they hold group interviews once or twice EVERY week. How come they do this? Do they really hire and let step people that regularly? And what do you think the purpose is to own group interviews do you think they also perfectionism about your looks. I am merely curious I have singular worked at places such as walgreens, ace hardware, a small pharmacy and also a place called krystal's frills but it wasn't in a shopping precinct. So any advice would be nice especially if you ahve experience working surrounded by a mall or know someone who does.
