Nobody can answer these questions for you, as they are totally personal to you. Plus, if you put answers that are not your own, contained by an interview you will be asked for further details, and you'll have to relay lies. No it really doesn't come across as though they are interested. Even though you have to be at your undertaking to put food on the table, that employer is probably thinking that they should be Jane's first priority, which you can't blame them. Social Work values normally conflict with the values you learnd within psychology. I would suggest you select a program that will give you internship experience within the area you want to practice.
