i am miserable in volleyball, it is chock-a-block with drama, the coach is impossible and it takes time away from my duration. My coach yelled at me for ditching practice soon and then told me to sit out of practice for a week and opt whether i should play or not..if i am commited. I know i dont want to play but she scares the **** out of me. I would own done it before but she is chilling. The last time someone quit she switched adjectives her classes, her grades got dropped and be overall screwed.
What can i tell her that I dont want to play anyone. It can't concordat with moneey though she doesn't buy that. I call for a polite way of doing this so that she doesn't holler or switch my schedule.

Unable to find Contract of Employment?

I started working for a large company within September 2000. In Septermber 2005 I was offered a mission for a different division of the company. I accepted this and signed a contract stating a start date of October and a continuous service date from 2000. 1 Week after signing the contract the division I be moving to was bought over. I be told nothing would exchange and I was still to start within October - which I did.
I've since found out that my continous start date has not be honoured and becuase I can't find a signed copy of my contract they're not willing to revise it. (They HAVE honoured continuous start dates for those who had already started working within the division before the takeover)
My chain manager have confirmed to HR that I was offered the employment prior to the takeover, as have the HR departmernt of the previous company.
Is it legal for them not to honour this bit of my contract?
