While checking my email on Monday, I discovered the email that said not interested sent Friday morning. Then by Monday morning I got an email asking what daylight and time I could meet subsequent week. I was shocked and feel really good around this opportunity. I felt the interview go well save for the usual, "I could have said this, I could enjoy said that" anxieties. But then I received the "we perceive you do not have the certificate for the job." Any thoughts? Thanks.

I don`t know they didn't think you would fit okay. its OK, everything happens for a aim is how i see it. i really wanted this commission at this company i went within for four interviews and i sen two follow up thank you notes. i didn't take it to say the least possible. i was crushed. 2 months latter i am working at a company i absolutely LOVE! and I'm extraordinarily happy. i would've never have this opportunity had i took the other position. Just embezzle it for whats its worth and use ur strengths in another interview.

Same dilemma as I be! What I did was articulate to my boss and advised him of my recent donate. Before talking to him, I prepared a catalogue of my accomplishments and the projects that I have be working on and my contribution to each career done. I am a hugely quiet personality. I don't talk plentifully .
