Question:I have to wear a stupid uniform (not an actual one but like peas in a pod color combination everyday) and I hate it. I enjoy alot of clothes that would fit the combination but my employer is particular something like the top (it has to be close to a shirt , not sweater or other type of top) and most of the skirts in the color are too short as within they don't go downto my knees (what is wrong near wearing an above the knee skirt? I am stuck wearing impossible to tell apart clothes every workday because I reallyl can't afford to go out and buy more of what they want me to wear and besides here are no trendy tops in the style and color they want at the time. Find ways to show your personality and control by taking time to do your hackle and make up the bearing you like and/or transport a fun purse. At least you are after ready to put on something else and turn after work. Fun shoes would help too if they permit you. Most importantly remember that the job is just a tool that allows you to make money and accomplish your goal, not a genuine weighing up of you. Next time you change job I would add the availability to express your self style knowledgeable to your list of requests.

I worked as a secret shopper for a couple years surrounded by California. The company was justly reputable (DSG Secret Shoppers), and I had hear about them while watching a representative speak on Fox News. Caution: never sign up near a company that requires you to pay an upfront charge to work. The company I worked for did not charge anything. As far as being worth it? Well, it be very glib to get started -- adjectives by Internet/email/phone/fax. They interviewed me, took my info, and within a month I have my first assignment. It's true you do get salaried, but it's by reimbursement (at least surrounded by the beginning). For several months, this is how it worked: I would get a phone call to do a secret shop at Winchell's Donuts. DSG would e-mail me an assignment sheet (what to buy, how long to stay, what to enunciate, etc.) along with a ratings sheet for the store/experience. You own to call or fax (rec. calling) any right afterward or within 48 hours. Once they verify the 'shop,' contained by about a week, they would dispatch me a check reimbursing me for what I paid for the food and also paying me for the shop -- usually something like $6. What was fitting with this commission is that, after I grew tired of buying doughnuts all the time, they begin to send me on larger shops beside better pay, some in need having to spend anything, and for things that I would approaching to keep. I did one where on earth I had to call on about 10 electronics stores and see if anyone could back me. It paid $10 per stop by and I only stayed something like 5 minutes per store without spending anything. Only problem be it took about 2 hours driving from store to store across town. A couple times, even though I faxed them, they claimed they didn't receive my reviews, so I didn't get salaried. So, it's going to be a gamble. This company be good, and if you pursue hush-hush shopping, I recommend you look them up on the Internet. It's better to call them for assignments, a bit than wait for them to send for you. I haven't received a call from them within more than a year, and they probably assume that I no longer want to do it. You should probably only do this if you own another, more stable form of employment. Also, you'll need to do paperwork your time for this. They start you out slow -- eateries, meager assignments -- before you grasp to the big stuff like cars, trips, etc. It can begin. I just didn't stick around long satisfactory to see it. So, if the company you're looking at wants upfront money, don't do it. Reputable secretive shopping companies don't charge. Keep a record of your income, because you'll own to 1099 yourself at the end of the year. DSG be very powerfully documented, so you shouldn't have a problem beside your taxes. Plus, DSG always sent me a check. I never have a problem receiving one. I may do it again, but the time commitment (driving around town to different shops) is one I cannot construct right now. My daughter had some substantial condition problems for the first year of her life, so we have ample opportunities to draw together (and rate, unofficially of course) nurses. Many were compassionate, have that edge that showed they really care about us as inhabitants - an edge that I believe is either at hand or not (you can't learn it!).
The other piece, for me, is really devotion. This is hard to device, but you know the person as soon as you see it. For them, nursing is not a charge, it is a calling. It goes beyond the day-to-day completion of medical tasks, and become a fire that burns within. You see it within the twinkle in their eye, contained by the gusto with which they walk about their tasks - glad to be nearby versus stuck there. They own a knack for making each lenient feel as if they're the most major.
