I think you should be in motion for it. Most fast food dosh registers are designed so that anyone who can press a button can use it. I can't speak for Rubios or Baja Fresh, but I think you will pick it up briskly.

Well , you have hurt yourself surrounded by an area to be precise very rock-hard to recover from....and you are probably not going to know how to take the usual job you would have taken.
My suggestion is to start your own business, and possibly you could hired someone to do the computer part for you....for example could they run an online website for you?...not sure if you are allowed to do that. Because you could do sale of merchandise on one, make a living....and possibly have someone button the computer part for you.
Or you could do a business thru want ad ...the classifieds...one that doesn't require being licensed. Or near are people living surrounded by California that make a living selling at swap meet.
