I went on a interview and be hired while working for another company.
I told the new company that I have to give my two weeks concentration as I was a cost accountant trainee contained by the old company

I'm 57 and wish I could turn the clock put a bet on even 20 years. I'd become a teacher. I've be out on disability for over a year now and if you meditate you have no purpose feel again, you have your down and motivation to live. When my kids were little I coached soccer, little league, girls softball, roller hockey and be a Scout leader. I should own thought about coaching then instead of immediately. Working with the kids at such a youthful age and teaching them how to play anything we were doing at the time be so rewarding. It felt so dutiful to take a bunch of ranting and raving little kids and turning them into a cohesive squad able to play and win. I'll give you a perspective from a husbands point of judgment that might be useful.
My wife simply went hindmost to work after taking 18 years off to stay at home next to our kids. Easing back into the work force be actually not as difficult as she thought it would be. The toughest things to promise with are not work-related; it's the change you have to adjust to within your personal life.
- far smaller quantity free time; no sense that you get adequate to yourself
- the need to "renegotiate" responsibilities next to your husband and share the load (this is a BIG one, don't underestimate it)
- plan on drinking out more; you won't have time to cook as normally
You can expect more friction in your relationship near your spouse for a while as you make these adjustment. My advice is to put together sure you take the time to do things together and check within with respectively other frequently to make sure this big transition is working ok for both of you.

It can be difficult at first, especially if you are working full-time. You don't realise how much you do at home until you go hindmost to work and you have to fit it adjectives in. I also depends on the style of the boss. Some bosses are bottom liners and prefer the "done" response, especially if they are sending the email from their blackberry. If that's the covering, I would send a "Yes" or "OK" response as soon as the request comes within, then a "done" when the assignment is done.
If the boss likes more input, though, those responses may nouns short or curt to him or her. Then you might want to use better email etiquette and include the boss's name and a short sentence to acknowledge the request and a time frame for completion. When the obligation is completed, a short sentence or two to let them know it's done and any pertinent details in the order of the task. One of the things I similar to to include when I finish a project or report if it's not a routine job, is a "thank you" for involving me contained by the project - it may sound corny, but you're showing that you're relaxed to help and practised of handling responsibility.

Giving an oral presentation - any tips?

For an employment test subsequent week, I am going to speak to a panel of 3 or 4 people and presenting the "pros and cons" of a topic that I will choose that afternoon. Evaluations are going to be done based on how economically I communicate - that is, how I enunciate what I say and okay organized I am orally is the switch - more so than WHAT I say. So would you enumerate all the pros and THEN chat about the cons as two separate section of the presentation? And then latter relate any that are related?
I don't think this is a debate type of presentation. What make it seem strange to me is that contained by some cases a "pro" could be a "con" depending on the individual but I do not think that should issue.
I plan on being upbeat but not overly so, making eye contact, but not exessively. I would approaching to come across as knowing what I'm talking in the order of but not stuffy and too professional because that's not my style.
