Why? It's not like you're in the nude or compromising yourself...it's a t-shirt and shorts, you wear less on the sand. I have a friend who graduate top in her class, while working at hooters, go to two colleges, got her PH.D contained by math, is now a professor at a university and is EXTREMELY smart. She also tend bar. It's a JOB....and you do what you can to salary your way through college. Be proud and hold your guide up high. I bet you'd be surprised to find out who get their start waitressing at hooters. Only prudes and tight-a$$es will look twice. But, if you're TOO concerned, don't list it on your resume.

It depends on your abilities. If you enjoy a good memory and soak up interacting with race and human systems, than pharmacy, but if you are a problem solver and enjoy working next to mechanical and electrical systems, than EE. Personally, I do not close to dealing with culture, so EE is more my style (IE actually). There is good money surrounded by both. EE give you flexibility. You can work designing computers, control panel, or even aircraft (the F-117 Night Hawk was completely designed by EEs). Pharmacists are predetermined to working in a pharmacy, hospital, or possibly even a pharmaceutical company. A apt question is how did you carry out in your physics classes rhyme your bio-chemistry and toxicology?
Electrical Engineer - it would interest me more, but that's personal preference. There's lots of miscellany. There are lots of different career path. You can work abroad.
Pharmacist - interesting but wouldn't want to work surrounded by a retail store. Wouldn't mind doing research.
I would think that eveyone who loves this site would choose pharmacist. We love to relief people contained by trouble or not and give counsel. We don't get salaried, and that's OK with us! As a pharmacist I would never tire of explaining how to steal meds, and caring for my "patients."

If your law in Canada are anything resembling our laws contained by the US, good luck. Child labor law prohibit most employers from hiring anyone underneath the age of 15 1/2. I would suggest babysitting, or, since warm weather is hard by, do yard work within your neighborhood or get a article route. All of which will provide you with a steady stream of income, hand over you valuable work ethic and allow you to buy things your folks do not want to buy for you! But, at 13, you should really be focusing on your nurture, and don't let that slide. That desires to be your first concern, above all.
The best entity that I can suggest is babysitting.. only if you enjoy the patience.

Set a flat rate and list the cleaning you are liable to do for that price. Have one of your parents or guardians accompany you to draw together each client to label sure it's safe.

Sorry to articulate, but computer techs are a dime a dozen out here. You may be better off working for a meet people contractor like FCG or ACS Dataline or Cable Solutions. They are other looking for techs and most likely would head to work in your desired enclosed space. Chandler is a great place to live (that's where I live). Check for houses around Chandler Fashion Square shopping arcade. Nice neighborhood and close to just nearly everything!

Like any legal business, Macy's is required to pay you for training. But instead of paying you the rate that you be offered for Macy's, you get a flat-out $80(as of 2004) for completing training. The training take place over the course of 2 weekdays, or for people that hold day job, they have the way out of taking their training classes over the span of 2 short weeknight sessions + 1 longer weekday session. The $80 for training is a rip, because it almost always amounts to smaller amount per hour than you'll make as an associate. For me, I have to commute to a different location for training...45mins further away than the store that I was hired to work at! So the $80-commute costs be NOT worth it!
I think you attain the training paycheck mailed to you, but you might be capable of pick it up at the gift wrap/customer service center where on earth you'll report to get adjectives of your other paychecks.

You should call and ask for the HR department or the hiring agent for the opening you applied for. Explain that you were of late following up on your application for the job you hold applied for. Let them know you are really interested in the position. Annoying would be doing this every daytime, but when you put yourself out there next to that kind of interest, it will return with the attention you desire.
I prefer to hire people that are not a moment ago dropping resumes off because they hold too, but ones that really really want the job and when they ring up me, I know they do so they go to the top of my register for interviews.
