I work for Frito-Lay in NJ as a route driver. More than expected you will have to step back for 2-3 interviews. The try-out is usually long, maybe 2-3 hours. It's a nonspecific knowledge trial like a CAT try-out. There's also an "honesty" test as okay.

Frito is owned by Pepsi as you probably already know. You will unload trailers and put product away with a forklift as in good health as check orders pulled by the route drivers. Modesto route drivers may own their orders pulled for them and trucks loaded by warehouse. Some Frito branches are similar to that, but our's in NJ is not. We verbs and load ourselves. Benefits are great. It's busy season coming subsequent month so be prepared.
Frito-Lay is a good company. Trustworthy would be criteria number one if you're looking for a brief in warehousing.

THey have what they give the name a "draw" where if you don't form any commision equal or more than minimum wage, they "loan" you minimum wage for the hours you worked. Say the following week you sold 5 cars and earned like mad, they will deduct that "loan" from the previous week and dispense you the rest. Some dealers own front earn commissions and back extension commissions. Front end are related to the price public sale of the car. The support end is related to the financing of the sports car. The higher the interest rate, the more commision the hawker makes on the vertebrae end. Some dealerships share the stern end single with their nouns officers and not the sale people.

Check around. Car sale are horrible if you have a ethnic group. You can't see your family that much. You don't enjoy weekends off, lone a day or so surrounded by the middle of the week, and probably work close to 10-12 hrs a day depending if you are contained by the middle of a deal at 9pm.
