I've done it for two different degrees (undergraduate and graduate), and the prime difference is that you have to realign your priorities some and expect to own some challenging motivational days.
If you budget your time sensibly, you can do it, and you'll have no problems. Just don't expect perfection within everything every day, or you'll drive yourself into the ground.

Dude i know how you feel, I'm 14 and when I be eleven I needed money for allot of things. The thing that help me was soccer. Haha, I remember those days. I one-sidedly don't know of any place (big or small) that will hire anyone under 14, so I would try mortal an entrepreneur and make your own business. For example, you are already babysitting and it sounds close to you like animals, so try offering a "pet-sitting" service, so that when associates go out of town, you can move about over to their house and take consideration of the pets. If they are smaller pets like lizards, they can bring the pen over to your house too (just make sure they are within a safe place surrounded by your house), I did this when I was 12 and I usually charged 5 dollars respectively time you have to travel over to their house (like if they wanted me to travel over 2times a day, i would charge them 10 dollars)
Depending on what generous of neighborhood you are in, this could bring within more money than others, but either agency, its still bound to bring in some.
And... a short time ago my opinion, a chihuahua is a horrible pet decree. They are mean, not easy to train, bite, and can get diseases and die really confidently. I would recommend an austrialian sheperd like a blue or red heeler, they are hugely smart, friendly, and relatively underbred, so they live pretty long too. Oh and they are usually cheaper to get (like 250-300 bucks). Chances are if you required a dog like this, your parents would more feasible pay for some or adjectives of the money you need.
