For me, it would come down to the interview and what the needs of my company be before making a finding. I would want to know what the carreer objectives of each claimant are. I would want to know their personalities and if they would fit within with the company. I would want to know the track account of the second man. I would also want more background on the first man. The finding would definitely jump beyond degree vs no scope or work experience vs no work experience.

In my belief I think a entity should have more work experience than amount at least contained by my field...

The job isn't what I expected from the employment interview, I am underpaid for most of it and not quailified for some of it. They were supposed to train me, but own failed to do so and immediately I am pregnant and X-mas I broke my ankle (plus had surgery on it) and it is the size of a softball from one on it all daylight and the ortho Dr said he wont do anything until I complete therapy on my ankle 3-5 times a week for at lowest 8 weeks!!

How do I be honest but professional about it?

I own to pass her the certs on Monday. It seem like she s thoroughly doing her checking and Im panicky she ll ask for my appointment letter beside previous employers coz I aint hold any! All the previous companies I worked for are small scale and severely very dishonest bosses. Needless to influence to stand up for my rights (they didnt pay full salary), I get into their bad books. This is the first time I get a fantastic job and a promise for increament once Ive be confirmed (1-2mths time). I love my job and very soon Im scared she ll ask for proof of employment contained by the past very soon. FYI, I might have exaggerated within my resume abt my job extent of previous employment (doesnt anyone when it comes to resume??). The last article I want is for her to call my ex bosses for certification. What shd I tell her? Does she have a right to fire me?

First of adjectives your grammar isnt adjectives that good so I hope that this is due to your typing and not your English skills. If you lied and she is checking you will be found out most probable.
