How much should I settle up for rental of a townhouse and coup¨¦ stipend near a once a year stipend of $55K?
Question:
Answer:
hmm ... about $1350 combined.. depends on what your duty filing status and debts look similar to ..
With that income.. (and being single)
I would put 1000 a month into a 401k or IRA..
Then after taxes you would be netting around $2700 a month
Half can go towards townhouse rental and auto..
Rest can dance to living expenses and debt reduction.
When the time comes to buy a house you will hold plenty of money saved up contained by the 401k and never have to adapt your standard of living to make the loose change in payments.
This simple formula worked fine for me when I be in a similar situation.
dont throw your money away renting, buy something and enjoy it as your own......that would be my advise, but 8OO-1200 for the townhouse aint bleak, car depends on your driving journal cause you enjoy to pay for insurance too and it depends what genus of a car you hold cause more expensive cars tend to enjoy a more expensive payment (didnt see that coming) so it depends on your saloon!!
Scared of time?!?
Question:
my parents are not going to pay for college and I don't really want to turn anyway...I want to be a photographer...my boyfriend is in the army and we a short time ago got married...I basically got a chore for minimum wage...he wants me to put past its sell-by date my photography career and nurture and work at this job for 5 or 6 years...by consequently I wanted to be a photographer and start have kids....what should I do? I am so confused. I just wanna die sometimes I quality like I am going to be stuck contained by this job for years conceivably forever..I am scared, tired, and at rockbottom what should I do?
Answer:
Although you influence you don't want to go to college, a greater education would be a pretty dutiful hedge against a bleak adjectives in minimum wage job.

Even regular colleges hold art and photography programs.
How would you pay for this? Well, colleges hire race, lots of people, and they grant free tuition as one of the perks. If you needed, you could look into applying for a job at one of the local university, get a nice organization job, and appropriate photography/art classes at night to prepare yourself for your adjectives.

Will this impression work for asking out a girl?
Question:
So here's the thing. I have four goals when I go to college.
1. get a scope
2. get a perfect job
3. draw from a girlfriend
4. learn how to ask out a "all over the place girl"
I will soon be graduating next to a degree. I enjoy a SUPER awesome job for after I graduate. I have a steady girlfriend but she dumped me to go on a summer leave with her ex (lol). No sturdy feelings on my element. So I've completed 1-3. My last objective was other there so that, contained by case I'm 50 and single, I hold previously learned how to ask girls out.
So, my plan is to run up to a few random girls and update them that "my last uncompleted college aim is to go on a subjective date with a cute girl I've never talk to before". Then ask the girl out to something simple like lunch. I know it seem kinda stupid, but I have a huge problem next to telling lies (I repugnance when other people do it).
MY QUESTION IS: WILL THIS WORK?
Answer:
Anything is possible. Many girls close to a fresh approach at being asked out on a date.
work on getting a life span, since you seem to be down. the girls will come.....
No it won't. She will feel that she be just some arbitrary girl so why should she go out next to you. It will seem shallow.
Walk up...... utter hi and make some small tell. Then ask her to lunch. Simple works always..... not games or lines.
LOL! They speak honesty is the best policy, and most of us females appreciate it, so why not?
I think it will work IF the girl you ask already finds something attractive roughly you - and I don't just scrounging physically speaking. If the girl has no interest at adjectives, then nought you do or don't do will make much difference.
I right to be heard go for it, and if it doesn't work next to the first girl you ask, keep trying. Good luck!
I don't deem that will work. I wouldn't take you seriously at adjectives and I'm a girl!
It's all contained by the numbers. Please do let us know how masses were asked in the past success be achieved.
I conjecture the word "random" will hurt your plan. No girl wants to have an idea that that she was "randomly" chosen to be taken out. In my suitcase when a guy asks me out I want it to be because he likes me and would approaching to get to know me better -- not because I be some "random girl" on his register of things-to-do in go.
I am looking at working at home. Will this work?
Question:
I am temporarily disabled and wanted to work at home. Maybe background entry or mailing out brochures or even assembling things. Has anyone tried this and does it work? Can you engineer money? Not looking to become rich.
Answer:
Yes, you can make a living. I worked from home for a few years, for a couple of different companies. I'm still contracted to do so if I so choose. I simply quit because I wanted to follow my dream and break open up a bakery.
Working form home is great. You set your own hours, you can work in your p.j.'s, you procure to decide how much money YOU want to be paid. The more you want to make, the more hours you put within. On average I made about $15.00 per hour. A lot of the ancestors I worked with would work until they freshly couldn't take it anymore because they be trying to do things like buy a saloon, or come up with a down stipend for a house. So yes, it can be done.
If you need info, be aware of free to email me. :)
yes it is a good pick...it does work!
but instead of lookin on the net for avenues to provide you impermanent employement, i would suggest you to try consultants and corporate administrative departments, where nearby is a lot of inevitability for additional hand with respect to information entry and the related work.
Hope this answers your query...:)

For HR relations.. is it ok if my resume have designs on it?
Question:
i would really appreciate your help guys! specially if you're from the HR department >_<
uhm.. ok.. im a computer engineering graduate and i would similar to to apply as a web developer/programmer/design plot.
is it ok if my resume has designs(not images) on it? approaching colors i mean... not the file but the lines, boxes, and etc... >_< or should i go beside the traditional way of writing resumes(black and white) ?
or is it unprofessional to hold designs on it?
tanx a lot! ^__^
Answer:
Definately do traditional. Designs on a resume are too cutesy and may organize them to believe you are immature.
Include a copy of some creative design work you own done along with your resume if you consistency it is beneficial, but keep the two separate.
Normally I would read aloud no, however since you are looking for a position as a web developer you will want to furnish a little preview towards your self. I say as long as you hang on to in simple it should be ok. Or your cover missive can be on personalized stationary you design.
Generally, I would agree with Cappy. A portfolio seem to be a more appropriate place to show your design work. I think the exception might be if you be applying to a company that exclusively provides design services and might appreciate a resume that's a little jazzed up, but that's a really tough telephone call. Your safe bet is to run with traditional format.
Keep your stuff professional looking... Now is not the time to show your work... show it when the time comes, resembling at the interview... Black and White is best although sometimes the email address may show up in another color, but to be precise just fine.
Good luck
i would only just make it verbs and professional. perhaps lately use resume paper ( harder bond paper) and create some things bold, etc but dont play with designs too much.
nooooooo
Hi, I'm contained by HR. Normally the answer is no, never. A resume should only look conservative and professional. However, I don't believe that's the covering in graphics or design field. In creative fields population tend to be more accepting of that. So I would include a little bit of it and see how it go over. Remember though, you'll be judged on the design work you include as well as the resume, if they are designers, so unless it looks really fabulous, I'd vacate it out. Good luck.
the only time I would find it legitimate for a resume to have a design on it would be for a heavy-duty artistic position i.e. interior design, craze, artist, floral designer, etc.
For corporate positions, the only design I might adopt is a very plain border beside all print contained by black (no colors).
Need facilitate here, how can I revise to concentrate and work in need no racket at my house?
Question:
When I was surrounded by college I couldn't study at my apartment. I used to go to the student coalition, a fast food place, or to crowed places on campus. I want noise to concentrate. It's be years, and I never had a problem working at work. I be happy working beside from my cubicle with lots of folks walking by, and people making racket around me. But I got to a point where on earth I made enough contacts to stop working for a company, I just this minute quit my job, and begin working from home. Work so far had be great, many citizens keep sending me work, but I only just can't seem to concentrate, there's no resonance here. I try the TV, but that only distracts me, and keep me from working. Knowing I'm on my computer, I just keep hold of wasting time on the Messenger, Youtube, and Wikipedia. I need to concentrate, and I can't do it here at home. I obligation to find a solution, otherwise me working from home might not work out.
Answer:
from your story i could imagine you are no longer a immature person minus discipline. if you want to concentrate, then concentrate and put in focus also on that. think in the region of your clients and the job and the commitment on mitt. think in the region of the pay when you're done next to a certain errand. if you can't focus enough, if you enjoy some plants, get a break and marine your plants and while you're doing that...talk to yourself and vote,"I have to finish that one, later I will do the next one...after I'm done...I will just work until -set your time here- next stop working when the time you set came...consequently talk to yourself again...until it become comfortable for you to work near or without disturbance. the most important entity is that you know, you are the only one you will settle to, and you are the one that will discipline you, nobody else..you are your boss and your supervisor ....i'm in indistinguishable boat...i work at home too....before, i can't work w/o the tv on because i don't want to miss my fav...but after awhile...i don't produce, i own no sale........so i contracted to forget the tv...i have to work. time of year.
i hope you get the point.
You have need of discipline.
supply the beer or soda & have your friends over. you'll own the chaos you obligation, but can you keep from wanting to combine them?
I hesitate to answer your grill by suggesting you visit another network site BUT, this is a really good article near links to help block out distractions while you are working.
http://lifehacker.com/software/feature/g...
In broad I find lifehacker to be a wonderful site to GTD (Get Things Done).
Personally I can't have the TV because it is distracting but use Internet Radio to provide the circumstance noise I necessitate. I have used finetune.com and pandora.com successfully and they are pretty customizable. I also own my collection of Brian Eno, Zero 7, The Filters, and the Postal Service to keep me working adjectives night (which is a problem when I own to be up in going on for six hours).
Good Night and good luck,
Michael
You could in actuality make more $$ and run a daycare at your house while working. I'm sure that's probably not the answer you be looking for.
How to become a paramedics!?
Question:
How do you become a paramedic! how long is the training!
Answer:
First of you need to be an EMT(preferably atleast for 2yrs). Then it depends on if you want to bring a certificate or point course. The certificate course can be as long as 2yrs; and the point course can last as long as 4yrs. The course is broken up into 2 section didactic and field internship. Once you finish the course you will call for to sit for the state and national test depending on again where on earth you live. I have be a paramedic for approx 4yrs now and it is a markedly rewarding career.
not too sure but i deduce a first aid attendant level 3 course is sufficiant... perchance... you can probably do the course in a week or 3 weekends but it's rather hard to endorse and very intense and stressful, there's so much to ruminate about at once.
right luck
Sorry, but medic school is not a couple of weekends. Medics are trained medical professionals, NOT ambulance drivers. First, you call for to be an EMT-Basic which is about a 2-3 month course depending on where on earth you take it. After that, you budge to medic school. Again, depending on where on earth you go to college you're looking at about 14 - 18 months of classroom and clinical training. After completing the college, you need to pinch the national registry exam to become a paramedic. It's a difficult test, but by that point you'll enjoy learned ample to get through it. Becoming a paramedic is a huge commitment, but it is also a drastically rewarding career.
What is an imappriate piece to vote to follow up from a mission interview?
Question:
Answer:
Your company sucks and I wouldn't take this duty if I was adjectives.
you want to say something indecorous? why?
In...appropiate....or an apporpiate.....
in...see-ya Im head for the bar...
an...thankyou for your time.
After I start, can I hold your office? I really resembling the view from here.
Is it ok here to date relations you meet at work?
What's your dress code, inflict I like to step surfing on my lunch hour?
Is it ok to have a drink or two at lunchtime here?
etc., etc., etc.
There are any number of rude responses. The appropriate response is always, "Thank you for your time; please permit me know if you have any further question with respect to how my skills can assistance your company to achieve its goal; I'm looking forward to the next step surrounded by the interview process."

What are some interviewing question should i ask for an exutive chef, and a dining roommanager?
Question:
I need to hire and Exutive chef and a Dining room Manager, i will be interviewing them on the phone what are some interviewing question i could ask them?
Answer:
Ask them why they want this position and what are they gonna offer if they return with accepted?
Training card? Can employer hang on to it?
Question:
I have done a training course over 18 months (UK) my employer is keeping my tag, I only procure a photo copy, is this right??
I'm proud of my achievement and want the material thing!
Also if I exit my employment, how can I prove my qualification?
Answer:
As far as I am aware they should have the photocopy. You should hold the original. If they are displaying it on the wall or something after they may want the original (or colour photocopy) but you should achieve this back on termination of employment.
You should contact the certify body and ask for a duplicate certificate. You might hold to pay rather for it, but that would solve things. :)
Good luck! :)
YOU should get the untested and your boss should get the copy! Make sure to obtain it back if you give as it would be a shame for you to have put firm work into earning it, for them to pinch the real entry and for you to get a crappy copy!
if they remunerated for the training course they can keep the existing thing. i work at a mortgage company and you enjoy to be a licensed broker. the company keeps the actual license and you bring a copy because they paid for the course. if they did not clear for it, you can keep it
They enjoy to take copy of yr ticket as u need to enlighten them that u need it, did the company wages for yr course or did u pay for it yrself, if u rewarded then they enjoy no right to keep hold of the unproved.
Hope this helped.
Cheers
Not sure nearly the UK, but seems similar to it should be the other way around, you earn it, reguardless of who paid for it....
There are two school of thought on this issue. One says your training is yours to enjoy and hold and take beside you in the adjectives. The more traditional and paternalistic view is that the training be part of your work next to this employer, thus they own it, including your certificate. I'd consult to them and explain your concerns. They may not have thought of it this instrument, or they may need the pass to show for purposes of bidding on jobs, etc.
no not if you rate but if thay pay yesssssssssss sorry
Most employer would give you the unproved and keep a copy for themselves, but they don't enjoy to. If they're the one who paid for it, it's theirs technically.
As long as you hold a copy, you could use that to show to potential employers
No, no, no - it's standard practice for the employer to enjoy the original copy of a citations that they paid for. However, if and when you resolve to switch careers, they are obligated to any
a.) give you the inspired, or
b.) forward the original to the foreign employer.
They won't keep the imaginative if you leave.

As an employer, can I fire someone who refuse to stop discussion to white customers contained by Ebonics?
Question:
It is really building a wall in the road of communication.
I tend to own yuppie white customers who can't understand a word this dude say. He never did his interview in ebonics...is it f¨ºte he talks to customers surrounded by ebonics??
Answer:
if youre in texas you can lynch him
You necessitate to counsel him, put him on a performance revival plan, and take adjectives the steps prior to termination. Ultimately, however, he can be terminated if he has demonstrated the fitness to communicate in standard English and refuse to do so.
It matters what state you live within
you're lying, and I doubt (since you're making this up) he faked his genuine way of speaking surrounded by an interview, you sound a bit fraudulent yourself
I hope so, inless your contained by Oakland, Ca.
they think its the national argot there....Dump his *** for not mortal able to speak english....
The interview is - is he effective contained by communicating with your customers? You don't influence what his job is. If it's sale for instance - who care if he speaks anything so long as he's your top sales guy. Or if he is a systematic support dude you do a survey of your customers to get feedback on adjectives of our support dudes. If his feedback is much worse than the others you have a great exoneration and documentation to begin an transformation plan en route to out-the-door.
document your expectations, have him sign it, lay out a time interval with conquences. Allow for one or two warning if you wish or move about straight to termination. But have adjectives your documentation in place plainly spelling out what you as the supervisor did to rectify the problem. Tell a superior nearly what you are doing so there won't be any surprises.
Have you talk to him ?
Asked him to use proper English ?
How can any normal being not understand Ebonics ?
Not close to it's really hard to follow.
i hope this is a joke lol
Part of this depends on your company policies. Assuming you are within an English-speaking country, do you have an "English only" policy surrounded by effect at your workplace? Many companies have adopt this practice, in piece to protect themselves since many sanctuary documents, chemical labels, etc., are written within English. I would suggest you obtain an preference from legal counsel beforehand implementing such a policy since this can be dicey - what if he claims he simply have a strong accent? What if he states that you are discriminating against him?
Once the policy is contained by place, you manage presentation to comply with the policy. In this instance, you would inform the hand that s/he must communicate with clients using appropriate verbal/written communications contained by English. If the employee fail to so do, disciplinary action will result until the hand improves or is terminated.
I would also suggest that you document any customer complaints or other issues resulting from the communication problem. Have adjectives employees sign that they received a copy of the different policy; make sure the member of staff signs any disciplinary actions, etc., that are issued and preserve the signed original surrounded by his employee folder. Chances are you will be on the receiving wind up of a lawsuit at some point for workplace discrimination. Documentation will be knob in limiting liability.
Have your yuppie white customers complained? If so, your the supervisor you should know what to do. And if you don't next there's the beginning of the problem! That's what's wrong next to the employment world today, they hire yuppies like you for positions that you hold, that have no clue on how to do YOUR brief appropriately. And as for your customer clientele, are they all WHITE or is it only the WHITE ones with the problems? Now bring this help and use it!
