Well...if you look at the mortgage, heat and electric bills, groceries, medical co-pays for our child, gas for the car, etc...I would read aloud in my home, we DEFINATELY pay more for things that we involve rather than things that we want!

Definitely things I NEED. I lone buy things I want once in a while. After paying bills, when I shop it is usually stuff needed for the house or my two girls!
I spend money on both, but mostly on the things I need. I tend to be better bad that way, but other treat yourself to some of the things you want.
I spend a larger chunk of my income on things I need (mortgate, utility bills, food, etc.) - but - I'm contained by the fortunate position of having satisfactory to buy quite a few things that I want, too.
Of course, I hold pride in human being frugal - I shop sales and discount stores and almost never foot full price for anything. Maybe that's why I have ample $$ to cover my wants AND desires! :)

I worked surrounded by a vets for roughly 2-3 years, I did mostly cleaning and feed but I also helped bequeath medication and assist vets and veternairy nurses surrounded by ops ect.
I am currently waiting for my college interveiw for Animal Science - Which will lead onto Zoology.. but after two years.

I'm surprised you're have a hard time finding a available job with groomers as these places commonly have opening. I don't see where besides a zoo, animal hospital, grooming or boarding place you'd work beside animals, so keep trying. Also, digit out what you want to do and be certain that your chosen core will have any impact on your power to get a undertaking. I'm a bit skeptical that a degree contained by zoology is the ticket to a job working at the zoo truly with the animals.

Although most major zoo's require a certified Vet's amount or a zoology degree to hire full time employee's, some are ready to compromise on this if you join up as a leisure or "Temp". Once you've enrolled into your college for Animal Science, they should own oppertunities for you to gain practical experience.
What I would strongly suggest is that you get surrounded by touch with some animal rights groups, who are across the world more comprimising with their "qualification requirements". I know of a couple contained by my city that offer internships to aspiring zoologists.
