My boss make me work longer hours in need rewarded?

I am part time worker at public university. I am not teacher though.
My brand new boss is very ruthless person. She finds something every year criticizes my work and make assignment list for me even some are not on the chore description.
So I have to work 7:00 to 20:00, sometimes finish 23:00. Of course I haven’t get paid for overwork.
I never have this kind of trouble next to last three bosses. I could turn home on time earlier, now not anymore.
I’m alarmed that I lose job if I confront near my boss. Although she cannot fire me directory she could create problems or reasons to suck me. She have all the power.
What can I come out of this situation? Please furnish me any advices.

The first thing to do is write down everything she have you do and how long it takes you. Start doing that immediately and write down everything everyday. Also write down when she criticizes your work and exactly what she says.
When you enjoy 3-4 weeks worth of documentation, ask for a meeting next to the boss's boss.
