Because we're the only women, we tend to agree a little more in the order of our personal lives and whatnot. Anyhow, she has told me several times how desperate her marriage is. Her husband is a loser and she have to be the breadwinner and she's burned out. Well I've noticed that she's becoming especially very flirtatious beside several of the younger guys here at work. It really bothers me, not because I'm jealous or anything, I'm ecstatically engaged. But it make me feel discomfited when she's in one of their office standing up close to them and playfully touching them. Sometimes they'll even call her during the sunshine when they're out on the work site. They've been particular to sit in her department whispering for long period of time. How do I confront this issue?

Unless it affects you, I would leave it alone. Even though this may be creating an unlawfully hostile work environment, it may be that it is more trouble than it is worth to do anything about it. You could simply hold a conversation with her to try to create boundaries, but it sounds similar to she is not getting the attention she wants at home and is harmlessly flirting to procure it at work.
Your other options are to enjoy a discussion with her and bring up to date her that it makes you mortified or go to your supervisors. If it begin to affect you (e.g. they think they can flirt next to you the same way) next you will definitely own to say something.

It makes her positive and there is prominently something missing in her time and that why she does it.

Get your NP degree. Do it in a minute while school is "fresh" on your mind and you will not regret it one bit. I did the med-surg point for 3 years... ER for 2... hourly wages are still just that - HOURLY! Either consider the NP route (or, better however, CRNA school after you've have 1-2 years critical care experience) or even pharma sale. It depends on which part of the country you live, but NPs can clear 70-80/year; and if you do prn job maybe 1-2 weekends per month, you can confidently clear 6 figures/year.
Just do it now and bring it behind you... it's a possession entitled "delayed gratification." If you're relatively young, you hold PLENTY of time to make up those TWO lost years of income (if you do NP or CRNA); you can also work during NP university - as most do - then you're not out that much at adjectives.
Once you start making money as a nurse, it will be super hard to return to college.
Surgical nurse if you have the stomach for it. It's a intensely well rewarded job.
Think specialties, that's where on earth the big $$ are.
Pretty much anything you specialize in you'll bring back training on the job after graduation.
