I'm taking an un-paid sabbatical to angle my children full time. It's more cost effective than working 8 hours and using 4 hours rate to pay someone to soak up my children. I've also taken time to go to conservatory, but employers can see that it fits inbetween my job, so it wasn't like I wasn't doing nil.
It is very exceptional someone gets a compensated sabbatical, but it happens. Usually for chore education.

For the second question, I would type my answers and print them on a seperate peice of quality newspaper and attach it to the application, making the application look very verbs, neat, and grow.
