How much remuneration should I ask for surrounded by my subsequent mission? (with regard to second drawn salary)?
Question:
Hi all, I'm facing a pay dilemma now and i'm not sure what info to fill surrounded by my resume for "last drawn salary" and "expected pay. In my current job, i own been working for 1 year and my monthly stipend is fixed at $1500/mth for a year due to clauses stated in the contract. I be employed as a diploma holder but now i enjoy graduated near an honours degree and there's no take-home pay increase. Now the problem is that due to recent good discount and flourishing job bazaar, the starting salaries for honours level holders in my pasture (IT) is $2500-$3000. Will my new employer look at my final drawn salary (1500) and speak about me that my asking pay is $2500 is approach too high? I am with the sole purpose but asking for what i am worth. Both my current job and the prospective career are in the IT industry; difference man the new duty requires more IT skills. What is the difference between a one year experienced grad asking for a 66% increase to $2500 (me) & a fresh grad asking for $2500 in his first livelihood?
Answer:
The fact that you hold experience in your industry money you have practical/proven skills and that make you MORE marketable than a fresh grad with no experience - regardless of what you get paid. In reality, students are even encouraged to account unpaid volunteer work in charge to show some gained skills. WIth you combination of rearing and experience you are not only discern justified to bring in the minimum starting salary for yor industry, you could in reality should shoot for the top of that range (ie.$3000). Employers know that you will command a sophisticated salary once you earn your point, thats the "circle of life" so be proud of what you have to submission and don't sell yourself short! Good luck!

hi for resume check this blog its nice
http://25keysforgoodresume.blogspot.com/...
.
Hi
You need to wish how relevant the book is to your application. The usual principle is to give the more historic / persuasive information earlier within the resume. Is it something you want to 'showcase'?
Is the book about the subject you'd be tuition? Better still, is it a book you or other teachers of your subject would use within your work? If so, a reference to it within the objective or skills summary unit at the top would promote your obvious expertise - beside further details later surrounded by the resume.
If it's an academic interest that's unrelated to your culture but adds to your credence as an don professional, you might prefer to list it along beside certifications, memberships etc after your training and work history.

How long are Emt shifts when they work?
Question:
How do they do there shifts is in that a 1st 2nd 3rd shift do they work mid shifts and what do they do all afternoon when they don't have to pick anyone up ?
Answer:
It adjectives depends on the company the EMT is working with. Mine does a 2-day on, 2-day sour, 3-day on rotating schedule, so everyone get even hours and nobody can complain about not getting plenty days off.
As for downtime, there's a aim we pitched in for an Xbox 360 at our station. :)
I know 2 EMTs and both work anywhere from 8 to 36 hour shifts though the more adjectives shift length is around 12-16 hours. I know neither has see less afterwards a 70 hour week.
Most EMTs use that as a stepping stone career, going into nursing or MD or anything, they use the down time to study.
The average shift is 24 hours long, with a 48 hour break...most of the time, we are assigned a shift (A, B, or C shift) so we work near the same population every time.
This really does vary from company to company...some of the busier cities work 12 hour shifts.
There's other unusual shifts...at the company I work for, we have one 1pm-11pm shift, one 9am-5pm shift, and one 8am-4pm shift, along near 6 24 hour slots on A, B, and C shift.
When you aren't busy with merciful care, you catch to clean and stock the ambulance, work on paperwork, verbs the crew quarters...there's uncommonly nothing to do.
Hope this help...

Question for accountants?
Question:
I'm going into accounting because math is the only entry I'm passionate going on for. I've looked into accounting, and it is the only point my heart is set on.
I would like to hear from actual accountants, however, on what your day after day tasks are from day to hours of daylight.
Answer:
Don't get into accounting because you similar to math. It is a common misconception that you hold to like math to be an accountant. We singular work with the simplest of math and algebra. If you really close to math, look into the engineering field.
I am an accountant. First of adjectives get a four year scope. I did not to start with and own regretted it. I do corporate work which means I do closely of tax stuff. I also work beside our salesmen on expense reports, balance (reconcile) accounts within the general ledger, and gross sure my company is compliant with sale tax within each of the 50 states. I am also on a troop to implement a new software system.
Good Luck.
I'm an accountant, but don't hold a degree and am not a CPA. If you are a interested surrounded by a hugely successful accounting career, later you must get your level and I would encourage a Master's point as well. Accounting is an extremely diverse field and you will still requirement to decide what type of work you want to do in accounting. Tax, audit, corporate accounting, small business, non-profit, public accounting.... This is when you can ask your question going on for a typical day contained by the life of an accountant.
I am an accounting software consultant, which I love because I seize to work in the methodical side of accounting. I love my work because it is always shifting. I know alot about different industries, retail, construction, medical, etc. so in that is always something hot. One day I may be helping a retail store set up their inventory register, the next beside a home builder working on a job cost report. One of my favorite things to do is reconciling an extremely complicated edge statement. There are 4 of us in my bureau and we each do different tasks during the daylight. We are fortunate that we each can concentrate on the things that interest us. So, you hold more exploring to do. What is it about numbers that you especially approaching? That will lead you to the answer to your grill.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

Should I enlighten the truth to my subsequent employer?
Question:
I walked out on two job. I just disappeared for personal reason. Should I tell the truth to my subsequent employer? What if I lie and influence I worked at some place longer than I actually worked near? Will this work?
Answer:
You don't admit that to a prospective employer if you want to be hired. How long ago be that? If it is more than 10 years, you don't have to mention it. If it is recent, you hold several options.
1. Put it down surrounded by your resume and just choice they won't check with your previous employer. If they find out then when you are already employed have some upright answers ready.
2. Cover up. You could vote you went on a tour or you go back to institution, etc. But don't lie and articulate you worked for a particular employer longer than what you in actual fact did. Your problems could get worse.
3. Admit that you walk out but say you own learned your lesson.
I hope this help.
Peace and blessings!
no because what are you going to do when they call to verify your employment, basically be honest and tell them that you have to leave your previous mission for personal reasons, but you own worked past that, and your geared up to give the opportunity that you are applying for 100%, a lot of companys do a pay for round check and they can see how long you were beside a company going back 10yrs
yes you should describe truth to your next employer , but next to claver
It really depends on what kind of work you're doing. If you're planning on working surrounded by fast food or some other menial situation, I say stretch the truth. If the opening you're after is a better one, tell the truth, but put a positive spin on it. Let them know that you've since resolved your personal issues.
I don't conjecture not being truthful will work besides the employer will check your chronological work history-then what-you may very very well loose your chance for the livelihood. Tell the truth-it's easier to remember.

He is older and if something happen to him I have to be capable of support myself and my family? Has anyone that have been within my situation be able to afford me some good counsel in this concern?
Answer:
Contact your state's "Department of Employment/Unemployment" depending on the state it will go by one or the other.
I live contained by Oregon and our tax dollars here salary for a special program that the state will pick up about partly of your salary the first 2 or three months. Employers resembling that as they can then maintain training people close to you that have be out of the workforce for a while. There is a good arbitrary there is a similar program contained by your state.
You can also check out a temp service. Dress really nice and show good vigour. Chances are if you can type, are well spoken and radiate a positive attitude they will hire you for themselves (if they are looking) and not bother sending you out to their clients. Temp services are a great channel to get obedient training as you are just wadding in most of the time. The more reliable you are, the more credible they are to send you out to a long residence "temp to regular" assignment.
Also, once you get a assignment find out if you can qualify for food stamps. You probably won't make satisfactory money initially to cover the bills. But again, our tax dollars budge to great programs that are set up to help you along, depending on the city you live surrounded by you may benefit really nicely.
Good luck!
We are contained by the same boat. I have our baby a year ago and I am curious to get subsidise to work also. I hold interview at a mound within 4 hours..pleaes relieve!?
Question:
I have an interview at a dune tomorrow. please help!!?
what genus of question will they ask, how do i answer? yes i've have an interview, but i know i suck at them, and i really really need this errand, i need ot know EVERYTHING. what will she look for contained by me?
they will probably ask "what do you know about our company?" what nature of things do i say to that... would i say-so the year they were established?
anything and everything would comfort...thanks surrounded by advance!
also, is it bleak to wear open toed shoes to an interview?
Answer:
I would verbs less give or take a few the year they were established and more in the region of what initiatives they are undergoing, for example, if you be interviewing for bank of America, you could chitchat about the clean push to brand the bank as "The Bank of Opportunity", and confer about how that would translate into customer service, and how you undeniably believe that Bank of America is helping people acheive their goal, and how much you want to be part of that.
If it's an interview beside Citi, you could talk in the order of how excited you are about the retail branches passage up in up to date markets, and how excited you are to be working for a company expanding its presence because of adjectives of the opportunities that will create.
The momentous thing is that no issue what bank it is, you inevitability to at least look close to you are drinking the corporate Kool-Aid, and somehow relate it back to the specific role you are interviewing for. One bearing to do this is to look up recent news articles on G00GLE, and digit out what the bank have been up to lately. Then have a sneaking suspicion that about what that technique to the end consumer and consequently be excited about how much it will oblige the consumer.
That kind of stuff would take you farther in an interview near me than simply saying what year the guard was started. Knowing the history won't lend a hand you in the post, knowing the corporate initiatives and culture will.
Good luck!
First you need to look professional. Open shoe may be fine, depending on the bureaucrat of the branch, but I wouldn't recommend it. Dress business casual.
Some interview question will reflect on how you would manipulate a situation if a customer did something. Others will be of past experiences and what you have already did. Every recruiter is different so it's hard to pin point exactly what they will ask. But stand from experience, I can assure you that they will ask you question relating to the position you are applying for.
Go to www.monster.com They enjoy a lot of suggestion for job interviews. Also, do not wear undo toed shoes! Good luck!
I feel for you. I have an iterview at a social work office at 12 that I inevitability REALLY BADLY! Stay calm and collected. Do a short time researchabout the bank. Make sure you show society skills, calm opinion of yourself, and if they ask questions construe about them for a few second beforehand you answer-not long enough that you come across "duh" but enough to reap your thoughts. I would not wear open toe shoes since this is at a mound. My sister wears short khaki skirt and "cutesy" shirts and sandals to interviews and never get the job... Good luck!
if i be you i would dress up makeup etc nice clothes and go contained by their and don't worry roughly a thing most job come to u when u just don't diligence if u get it or not if u are overexcited then u will freak out and don't read out the year they where built etc. merely be yourself :)
Hi I had few ridge interviews and have worked for few bank.
It be helpful to know what style of job it is.
They can ask nonspecific question or commission related questions:
I'm going to document few question:
Tell me in the order of yourself?
What is your strength and weakness?
Why should we hire you?
Why you want to work for are company?
If you hold worked in previous what will you manager will speak about u if they call?
Did you ever had a conflict next to a co-worker?
What you know about the position?
Why should we hire you?
What are adjectives plans?
Do you have any question for us?
How you deal beside a angry customer?
When you answer any question they ask basically relax and think and afterwards answer if you don't understand the sound out ask them the question again.
Don't be tense just relax.
Don't basically answer yes or no if the question require example spawn sure u give one.
Don't read out anything negative roughly speaking ur previous job or co-workers
When they ask what you know around the company?
Do little research on there website...say aloud things Like the bank have great reputation, and I will love to be part of a growing company, over the years the company have growing very powerfully and the way they treat in that employees is wonderful etc. No you don't want to say the year ...they don't stipulation history from you of there company a short time ago you view of why them nothing other bank what brought you to deem of them.
Yes its very doomed to failure idea to wear a interested toe shoes.
Alway ask question when they voice do you have any question for us don't say no. Ask cross-question related to company, job etc
Ask when can you expect to hear from them, etc
Make sure you know how to count money, can get rid of a product, know how to carry a conversation near clients..ect. My second interv iew with a guard I had to vend a pen. The first interview interview they just want to hear that you are reliable and own customer experience and experience handling large amounts of money. You will be fine I be very shy my first interview with a sandbank but you will be fine you will relize banks are indisputable personable people.
Should I quit my employment? my boss have to win every argument as he is other right, he woudn't apologize?
Question:
He has to be right adjectives the time, never apologizes, argumentative, should I just forget roughly this job?
Answer:
Don't argue.
If you be the boss then you could be right.
When his passageway fails, afterwards you can say I tried it your course, can I try mine now?
Before you quit, I suggest you try to numeral out how to work with this personality. If you do learn to contract with this personage, you'll have no difficulty dealing next to less severe personality.
Take it on as a learning experience. Don't quit too soon.
This could be the least possible annoying thing you may enjoy to put up with. You will other have someone approaching this no matter where on earth you go. No business what job you transport you will most likely never close to every person. Mind over situation will see you trough.
Learn to understand and apply the three "total, and unmutable" laws of mission employment.
First, you can put up with the situation as is. It seem in your satchel, this is causing you no shutting of frustration.
Second, you can 'fight city hall'. This only works if the folks contained by charge are willing to 'listen and learn'.
Third, is the directive of "opening door #3 (from 'Let's engineer a Deal')". So what is behind door #3? It is the exit door from the company that lead to a new mission.
Think about it. For any brief, those are your only three option. You only hold three doors. The question you hold to ask (and only you can answer) is this: do you suffer surrounded by silence, try and change things, or choose door # 3?
It sure sounds like you stipulation to plan an exit strategy.
You are actually contained by a learning experience. You entail to learn to spin things contained by your direction.
Your boss lacks self-confidence as well as well-mannered communication skills. Here's your chance to swot for yourself the proper techniques/methods. Read more on good regulation styles. Keep track of your own successes.
When you go contained by for your annual performance review, show the positive and productive contribution you own given. Even consider applying for a promotion or lateral move to gain more experience. If your boss can do the job this scantily, any chance you could do it too??

I've thought about becoming a M.D. or surgeon, but the hours I would enjoy to work is not something I want to deal beside. Thats not the kind of profession I'm looking for.
Any career design or websites listing career in the medical pasture?
Answer:
nurse, paramedic, lab tech, PA
Biolife Plasma Services
I have friends that work within the medical field. They adjectives tell me that the hours are long, exceptionally long, because there are not plenty people working surrounded by the medical field, whether it be nurses, doctors, etc.
dentist...You can set your own hours for the most factor...and no one have ever died of a toothache.
Since you are a Bio major, you might want to consider a craft in pharmaceutical sale. My friend is a drug rep and pulls in over six info, a $60k bonus each year, company motor, weekends off, and travels adjectives over the east coast.
He began as a "regular" drug rep going to ethnic group practices for the first 2 years. After his initial first 2 years, he had the risk to "specialize". He chose to sell ONLY drugs that are used for AIDS patients. He took this choice to branch out and travel adjectives over. His hotels/meals are paid for as is his coup¨¦ and insurance (fully loaded SUV with nav system) He freshly built his dream home and bought his dream car.
You MUST enjoy a 4 year degree to be a pharm. rep. Being a bio most important you would understand the complexities of chemical reactions/body systems, etc. This might a moment ago be the job for you. I would G00GLE this position and research it some more.

Depends on their specialty and what area they work contained by and also will depend on if they are hospital employees or own private practice. But most general practitioners, brand name over 100,000/year. 4 years of Med school at a state conservatory will cost over 100,000 and cost even more for specialties. Private med schools cost more.
