What can u do to protect your career if your supervisor piles on 2 much wrk & u own already told her its 2 much?
Question:
I am an the only FHA/VA underwriter for my company. I doubled our loan volume surrounded by the last month to $7M singlhandedly( the later underwiter was terminated and I be laterally moved into the position) but when i asked for clerical support it was refuse. My supervisor has no clue of what my employment entails and is never satified. I cant verbs at this pace short help or w/o sacrifice accuracy.. I am at the point that I want to be fired so I can collect. My morale is so low, I never get any positive feedback. I am a good underwriter and a easier said than done worker. What should I do?
Answers:
Data and facts. Try finding an industry association and find others in your vein of work to discuss this with (networking is other good). Look for surveys on transactions handled per individual on average (the sort of thing your employer should be using for dimensions planning). If the survey data and/or associations really don't exist, create them -- you're not alone and you've consequently found a growth opportunity. Demonstrate to your supervisor, with that background, how many peoples' job you are performing. Then, take comfort of your health and wishes -- if this part feel like not easy advice to hear after try reading "The Power of Full Engagement" (Loehr and Schwartz) -- refreshing & excellent tips on getting back into symmetry in a method your employer benefits from too.
Why not try sitting your supervisor down and having a heart- to-heart chitchat or even better go to her superior. Either mode if you loose you will be able to collect if they disagree beside you or...you will have lighter work nouns. On the other hand if adjectives else fails..tough it out and desire better employment. Don't quit this job until you hold found another.
GOOD LUCK SWEETIE ..ASK GOD AND HE WILL HELP YOU
You do not have endorsed recourse to protect your job unless you are mortal treated differently due to belonging to a protected class (race, religion, national origin, etc.). I would suggest doing the best that you can and see if you can engineer any processes more efficient. If you verbs to be overworked with no pause in verbs, I would start looking for another job.
Never try to be fired -- it's not suitable for self-esteem or your work history.
In order to protect yourself from possible unenthusiastic reviews by your supervisor, begin to document your actual work nouns, noting within a personal business diary [on a daily basis] when you begin whatever responsibility, the name of the client or reason number, when you completed the task and how abundant entries or pages be submitted, etc. Should there be a showdown near your supervisor, you can readily refer to the diary and end any frivolous allegations beside showing of your performance story as memorialized in your business diary. Producing knotty facts, truly cuts through any unfair evaluation of your work see by your supervisor.
Good luck!
Take it up the ladder, your boss will work you as sturdy as she can, for as long as she can if you let her. If you are salaried, start keeping track of how plentiful hours you actually put within on the job. If you are hourly, consequently make sure you are getting salaried all the overtime you are entitled to.

Question:
Hi I am a international student in Adelaide. Here is the choice:
Choice A: I stay here, achieve a Bachelor of Commerce degree, primary in International Business and Human resource. And live a energy I absolutely despise here. (Adelaide is like a small town to me)

Temp chore go perm---am i properly bound to them ?
Question:
I"m working for a temp agency. The assignment i'm on has a awfully good shot of going perm. If it does can I be lawfully liable if I should quit the temp agency and go direct to foreign job as full time and not enjoy them get their payment for sending me there?
Answers:
No. Your relationship beside the temp agency is "at will". At most, your new employer will own to pay a discovery charge to the temp agency.
yes. but if the new place like you, they may pay the tax.
It all depends on the agreement you signed next to the temp agency. Typically, such agreement includes a statement that prohibits such actions. You call for to check with them beforehand you accept it.
They will find their fee anyway. The company hiring you probably signed a "rental" contract for you which states they foot the fee if they hire you.
I hope not a soul is asking you to pay the charge. That would not be right.
Do what you want, they've already been remunerated for sending you to the temp job.
Hmmm I'm not sure what the answer is, but I would muse thats between the company you work for and the employment agency. I see it as a position that opened up and you fulfill the requirements due to that you already know what your doing as far as responsibilities. Heck if you delight in what you doing, why not go for it. Let the company verbs about the employment agency.
this happen to me. if you get a living through the temp. agency, your job's contract is actually beside the temp. agency and not you. typically contingent workers are contracted for X-amount for the company and then the company have the choice to extend your contract, offer you a regular available job, or not.
if your job contracted you from a temp. and they approaching enough they can buy out your contract beside the temp. agency...typically this is several thousand dollars (i think when my profession bought out my temp. contract they had to repay 5000 for me.) and temp. agencies are happy when job go lifelong, it just routine more money for the recruiter upfront than the %they usually take out of your check. (it's also upright PR for them since if they supply a company with appropriate workers, the company will be more likely to progress to them for future workers)
The Temp company get a fee for placing you within the job regardless if the livelihood would go beyond repair. If the job is honourable take it, you will enjoy permanent employment and income. Best Wishes!
