Dude...get a unsullied job! I know you are one and only 16 and have little work experience but you can bring back a better job some where on earth else for sure. Even working at a place like Wal-mart would be better than that opening. At least you would cause a little more and achieve all your breaks. When I be 16 I started a small lawn mowing company beside a friend and we made some killer money! Check out www.snagajob.com its a site where on earth employers post ad for hourly paid job. Best of luck to you!
wow minimum wage is 7.50 buddy and u get a break every 3 hours
Bus boys are used similar to you describe in every establishment. And they are low salaried. The only entry you can demand is minimum wage because you do not achieve tips. If you recieved tip money they could pay you smaller number per hour. As for serving alcohol, you can leave an anonymous tip next to the local police department and let them check it out. that can stop that bit of it. I know in Texas, you can serve acohol at 18 but not 16.
Where do you live?? I live surrounded by Washington State and minimum wage is $7.93/hour. And they are required to give breaks every 2 hours or so for folks under 18. I wouldn't vote anything to your boss, but go the authorities. Your a-hole boss might get hold of fired, and they might hire someone who is better and give you a incline and breaks! Good luck!

Has anyone deal near Gulfstream Financial Corporation? What is your evalution of them?

Question:
I am thinking of possibly working with them and I want to know other people's experience near them, either as an member of staff or as a customer.

Answers:
According to their website, they have be around since 1996. I found that their website dates rear legs to June 2005.

I don't have any experience dealing next to them. Here's what I would recommend...during the interview process, ask them for a client referral so that you can speak to one of their satisfied customers.

I looked through 15 G00GLE survey pages minus finding any comments about them. I'm really surprised by that reality, considering the fact that here are so many blogs out in attendance that could have written almost Gulfstream Financial.
I've dealt beside them from time to time cleaning up the messes they've created for people that they suckered into their activity.

I'd distance yourself fast from these associates
Just forget about them. Find something else.
They're well-mannered people. I started out as a client and hold also brought them some clients. My brother and sister-in-law are in their program and her cousin, too.

Read the testimonials on their website. They've get gobs of them. Clients rave roughly speaking their service.

Also, you can check with the BBB here surrounded by South Florida. They have a spotless text after over 10 years in business. Not even one consumer complaint. If here was a problem near them, that's where it would show up first.

Go for it. It's an excellent thing to own on your resume. As for your confidence, that comes as you begin to achieve more comfortable in your skin. Not soft spot authority figures.I tend to be one and the same way, BUT, you don't enjoy to like them, only just work well next to them. The number one skill people go wrong to learn when working contained by an office is PR. You may not treaty with the broad public, but how you treat your fellow workers and other management can label or break you.

First daylight at work as an intern...?

Question:
I'm nervous around my first day at work as an intern, is near anything i should know about man an intern?

Answers:
Not much is actually going to be expected of you. In reality, most of the full time employees will expect you to be incompetent and will be surprised if you are loyal at all.

You will hopefully group an experienced employee or two who take and interest in you, and requirements to be your mentor. Treat your mentors with respect.

You might also be sent to the copy gadget and given other types of busy work. Look eager, and don't distribute off the indication that you are "above" any work that is given to you.

Do not ever say-so, "Couldn't the secretary do that?" You are an intern. You do not have an assistant. You own not earned the right to deflect work that was offered to you.

Look busy and attentive, even if at hand is nothing to do.

Say "Thank You" and "I know how busy you are" to any unchanging worker who spends time with you, and everyone will be relatively joyous to have you around.

Most sizeable employers beside intern programs don't throw them into the fire. There will be orientations to go to the first few days, where on earth you will mostly meet other interns. I would not verbs about the first afternoon.
