I'm not really sure what area you go to, mostly because I'm not involved within the nursing field. If the interviewer does not mention the company goals ask him/her.

It's the first time that I'm making a commission pack for some salesmen. I was thinking that the packet would consist of a fixed salary + commission, which is a percentage of the sale achieved.
