I only get fired?

I just get fired for stealing. I was trying to return with fired because I hated working in attendance. On my application for a newer job, Do I own to say I be fired for stealing on my application or can I twist the words around a bit. Something approaching Fired for breaking policy or something like that.

I am not supporting your stealing/lying, as you probably don't deserve to work anywhere, as you will "hate" them adjectives. But you don't have to speak ****, as in "object for leaving finishing job"... "interfered with...", doesn`t matter what. Obviously you don't work in Nuclear Physics, or anything similar to that. Most companies, especially McDonalds, Burger King, etc., do not really check background.

I have to wonder why you didn't merely quit. Theft is considered gross misconduct and that means you cannot collect job loss. It also goes for always on your employment record and can hide you for years, especially if you ever want a job that involves any type of lolly handling.

In my country, Journalism is offered in school. I don't know in other countries though. Then in that is Mass Communication. Anyway, before you are assigned to cover stories contained by other parts of the world e.g. travel journalism as you imply - you entail to have lots and lots of experience surrounded by working in your own backyard first. What do you do around a co-worker who never works?

Actually you should just forget about it. When I was contained by HR I really found it disturbing that employees be telling on respectively other. If this co-worker isn't getting his work done, he will be fired. Trust me, there is no duty out there that I character can keep if they lately sit and chat all year and do no work.

i used to work in an bureau and this was the covering for me. i was that guy! but the article was i took work home and did it during the weekends when most those would spend time with here families as a issue of a fact i be finished with my projects since everyone else and couuld afford the luxary of screwing around. one cardnal rule i never broke be i did not try to disrupt my coworkers because they were on their own timetable.

Many times companies tell you to go away when you put in your concentration. So you may get lucky.

Is science lab work boring?


Question:
I've got science degree and have be thinking of doing labwork, but am concerned it would be boring - doing the same article everyday, and without much citizens contact. I currently don't work in the science area, and I'm a people creature that likes choice. I am still interested in science, but seem the only science to attain a job contained by would be lab work (without having a PhD, medical university, etc.).

Guess my concern is being that I am a personage that likes to be around others, and like variety, that purely working in a lab looking below the microscope all daylight or processing specimens could get boring, monotonous, etc.

I don't enjoy a PhD and don't plan on obtaining one. Didn't do lab base research in college. Wouldn't want to do lab work for longer than a few years anyway. But seem like you really can't do much beyond man a lab technician of sorts without more degree.

Would like to capture feedback from people currently working contained by labs or who have back in olden times.

Hi, I worked in the clinical lab science world for 15 years and if you describe yourself correctly I would look at other avenues. While sometimes intellectually exciting, vivacity in the lab is lonely and and particularly non-satisfying. It's routine, and there is especially little interaction with anyone or anything except your work and sometimes your coworkers, if you approaching them.

While I enjoyed the work at first, I get bored not seeing the fruits of my labors. I know we performed a costly service and without us patients wouldn't capture better, BUT,,,,,, you never see them get better. All you see is blood, urine, crap, sputum, blah blah blah.

Sorry for the rant, you asked. I hold been out for 6 years and I miss it rather, but not enough to walk back a moment ago yet. I type of think give or take a few going back module time later surrounded by life, but lone time will tell.

I don't own any lab experience per se, but I have a friend who spent several years contained by lab and research. She might be able to dispense you a good answer. I've call and asked if she would send me her email address. When I hear pay for from her, I'll write again.

I would think that if you similar to the sciences, you might be able to benefit from some lab-based experience. It would broaden your scholarship, and surely there would be other associates around to grow with. Even if it be just a relatively stopgap job, I'd budge for it! I've worked a very widespread variety of job in my time, and have well-educated something valuable from every single one. Sometimes if you own a lot of things going on within other parts of your life, it's loving of nice to have a "resign from it at the office" job during the daytime. Something to think more or less.

Ok I will try and tell the story quickly… Here’s the deal… I go for training to become a Head Cashier, I am on the schedule 2-3 days out of the week as a Head Cashier. But I am not a Head Cashier according to my HR & I won’t be delivery a raise. Also, to top that bad I am only PT, and be told they can’t give me full time. I asked for 3 days rotten now hold in mind I’m quantity time. They told me no because that week they needed me for 40 hours. So I am working 40 hours, 8 hours a day, Full Flex but they can’t impart me FT. Why should I let them do this to me? What should I do? Should I quit? SHOULD I CHANGE MY AVAILABILITY SINCE Im NOT GETTING FULL TIME? SHOULD I TELL HIM NOT TO PUT ME ON THE SCHEDULE FOR HEAD CASHIER UNTIL I GET A RAISE?

I guess they expect you to provide the added responsibilities out of the goodness of your heart! Companies will screw you over if you tolerate them! Even on the store level because the representative probably gets some sort of bonus depending on how capably the store does. Another FT person will most expected cut into that bonus since you'd probably get more benefits along near guaranteed 40 hours weekly. Tell them that you will no longer provide coverage as head bank clerk since they have no intention of compensating you for the work. When your hours are reduced spinal column to part time, find another living!
Apply for work with other companies and be assured that you will be hired up to that time quitting this one. Sounds like the company is taking ascendancy of you.

Is it possible that full time employees are supposed to receive secondary benefits, such as health insurance or retirement? If so, next they are keeping you listed as leisure so that they can save money. Which is disappointing.
part-time is smaller quantity than (i think) 28 hours a week. Unless something is too your benifit tell them that you can not work the full-time hours (unless you want to of course). If they are had it with you start looking else where on earth.
I've been surrounded by a similar situation. You need to yak to your boss about how you quality. Express that you don't want to take on extra responsibility (that the Head Cashier probably does) in need some compensation for it. I'm a bit confused - they needed you for 40 hours that week and you asked for 3 days off for that same week and they said no? That happen sometimes - it's part of working. If they continuously do this to you, again sermon to your boss about it.
Some places one and only consider their employees full-time if they consistently work 40 hrs/week. If you simply do this on occassion then they can preserve you as PT. Sorry, just the process it works. Talk to HR and get the member of staff handbook to see what they deem PT vs. FT status.
After you enjoy looked into this and have talk to your boss/HR about your concerns and they verbs to "use" you in a course you feel wrong, start looking elsewhere for a job. Be sure you hold secured the new work before quitting this one.

It depends - did you sign away your right to look at the reference? Usually suggestion forms have a portion that the hand fills out that includes signing away your right to look at the form. If you signed this than you cannot look at the insinuation as it garauntees the referer confidentiality. If you signed no such form and the reference have been made within writing then you should own access to it. However, a company may tell you that it is at hand policy not to release reference post.

a.) An employer IS entitled to provide a 'bad' reference - by statute the only requirement is that it should be honest and truthful.
