This depends. Were the vacation hours accrue? In other words, were they given to you over a time of year of time based on how abundant hours you work? If yes, then you are entitled to that money.
But if you be just told that you could transport a paid break as a part of you benefit roll, then I would imagine that you forfiet that by leaving the company. I not here a company once and had not taken my compensated vacation for the year. I didn't achieve a dime of that money. I wasn't entitled to it.
Besides, being a contractor totally eliminate any obligation your client have to you in that admiration.

I have be with my career for almost 3 months. The pay is great and they are flexible next to my school diary. However, I feel that my current overseer uses my age and the fact that I am a feminine, against me. He threatened to fire me (in a playful way, but he sounded serious) and I can't appropriate his insults, sarcastic remarks and his screaming. I don't be aware of comfortable in this position. This commission is still listed on my resume and my boss doesn't know that his behavior has have a negative impact on me.
I hold a job interview subsequent week that pays more and sounds like a really fun employment! I really want this job because it is exciting, unlike the position I am contained by now.

Most companies are fine with the certainty that you are currently working, the big problem I see here is that you have simply been beside the company three months, that is what will concern a prospective employer. Why should they rubbish the time to train you if you might just move off after three months like you are doing very soon. Kudos to you for thinking ahead. You could be a computer technician. If Vo-Tech is offered at your school, I do recommend it. You can swot up a trade in large school and sometimes the Vo-Tech will hold hours that will give college credit. When I be in large school (a vastly long time ago) Vo-Tech was for nerds. I did not dance, boy was I dumb I could enjoy went for free instead of paying for Banking and Financial Services two years after that.
You will probably change your mind almost careers path, but it doesn't hurt to learn adjectives you can. Good Luck

I have only finished college and I am starting to look for work in the grazing land I've chosen (automotive mechanic) with no actual shop experience to start near. It is important to at lowest make a resume that will underscore the volunteer experience you've had.
