Oh noooo My hubby is here and he is an electrician. They are other taking anybody on and they start them out at like 8-13 an hour. It take many years to cram the tricks of the trade. But it is good money most qualified ones for residential get 15-25 an hour! Go for it!
I been an electrician for 14 years. We hold 4 apprentices on my job who are still surrounded by high college. There are also lots of positions for people wanting to cram the trade. Most large metropolitan areas hold free certification academy but it takes 3 or 4 years to complete it.
Everyone desires electricity and there are more and more of us adjectives the time. If you do it well you will other have employment.
