I know at age 18 what your peers think something like you is tremendously important. But, try thinking going on for it in these vocabulary: When you are 35, will you really care what some 18 year outmoded kid thinks in the region of your job, your mane, your clothes, your whatever? What another 18 year behind the times thinks just about you today may really matter to you. And, that is to say a reality you must operation with. But, don't lose perspective of what is really considerable in the longer run. I know you won't believe this, but adults own been around longer and they know what is momentous in the longer run. There is nothing wrong working at a swiftly food restaurant. You can learn in the order of the food service business & gain leadership experience. At duplicate time, you need to explore what you want your adjectives career to be. If nippy food isn't it, you should put your efforts into what is. Girl of course specifically not a bad mission, allot of times that is the best means of access for fast and assured advancement. Take some programming courses. Take 2, 3 courses and see whether you understand it and approaching it. Then lately couple of days ago he told me not to get cracked, it didnt have anything to do beside me, but he was going to put jason as the administrator of the new count...This hurt! So Im the kind of human being that everything happens for a motivation. So - I repugnance to be this way - but have anyone told you that many IT citizens are ... (I am so going to get blasted for this) ... socially challenge? He may not mean to be a yank - he may think he's helping you out by letting you know how to do things yourself. He might even, as you said, intend it as funny. (I do know that email loses LOTS of intonation - what things are expected to sound similar to can get LOST confidently!)
Try to figure out what you obligation to do to work with this guy. Sometimes, only just being blunt and sort of kid back might facilitate "Are you being funny?" <shrug>
I close to IT people - I hold friends who know I took C as a language course so I could "get" IT joke ... but, they don't really speak the same verbal communication as non-techies. And, you have to be the one to bend when it comes to reaching out to them (if you are so inclined) But, frankly, if this is too much work, merely email him your technical issues and maintain it all professional. Let him know that yes, it is his post to help next to these things - and don't say anything else just about it. While I do hope that he's just misunderstood, some general public really are just mean-spirited. He might entail to say that you are dumb so he will get the impression smart.
