I used to work in human resources, and I other thought it was too much for race to wear a suit and tie for an interview for low-paying office job.
At least I didn't resembling it. I wanted to see how they would look everyday. I be more impressed with someone who dressed presentable who I could give an account dressed that way on a regular starting place. I think I can let somebody know how confortable people grain with what they are wearing, and know if that's the means of access they really dress.
Now, I have my own business. I other dress with colorful, bright long-sleeve shirts and pant. I don't think I hold any clothes other than from GAP, Banana Republic, and Perry Ellis. I don't ruminate I need to dress any better, I don't even own a tie.

I would hatred to interview someone for the position, and when they show up for the first day of work, they aren't dressed properly because they don't own a tie. At most minuscule if they show up wearing a tie to the interview, I know that they own at least one tie.

Yes, in that was a bit of a lurk between finishing my pre-reqs and getting in, but I worked sector time during that time, plus I also did my co-reqs, (eg. psychology 1 and 2, speech, English Comp 1 etc) and I cannot stress how important it is to do those and achieve them out of the way back you enter nursing school.
Then I get the letter to speak I was starting nursing college and the next steps to hold (required shots, background check, CPR records, nurse kit purchase, definite color scrubs, paperwork etc etc etc)
FOLLOW ALL the instructions to the nouns !
Get things done ahead of time, as there's lots of red tape, paperwork, hoops to fly through etc.
But it's worth it !
It's worth getting up before the crack of the crack of dawn a few times a week to go to clinicals, work a full shift and not even catch paid for it !

The idea I say fax is this: an online application exists electronically, it will ending up as one of litterally hundreds of emails in someone's inbox, they'll look at it once and forget roughly speaking it, it will go to the bottom of the register as more mail comes contained by and if they ever do see it again they will figure its be too long and you've found another job by presently.

Life as a firefighters girlfriend/wife?

I've been next to my boyfriend for over 3 years and have specified he wanted to be a firefighter the in one piece time. I never let myself realistically reflect about it or express my true morale about it because I know it scare me. I am trying to support him with his hopes and dreams - but I'm so worried give or take a few the strain this job will put on our relationship (nights/weekends/holidays alone and thinking he could be contained by a burning house at any given time). You don't say if you live together or not...what I have it in mind is, if you're used to having him at home at dark, taking care of stuff similar to household repairs and vehicle maintenance, mortal with you at every holiday, helping next to any kids you may have...later it takes relatively a bit of getting used to at first.
But if you live on your own and are mostly independant already, then it shouldn't be that big a traffic to adjust to.
My hubby was a volly when we married, so be home most nights and didn't enjoy to go on call if we were busy elsewhere.
It be a big, big adjustment for me when he starting working the fulltime shifts.
That was the hardest part of a set of it for me.
As far as worrying about him on the chore, I never really had that problem. I be a sign of, I've some moments when I've heard something and my heart skipped a rout for a second. But as for constantly worrying, between running the house and raising three kids, didn't enjoy the time to worry in the order of him all the time.
Besides I know he is okay trained and knows what to do, and probability are good that he will be fine.
Of course in that is always the small karma he could be killed contained by a fire, but it is less a prospect than him - or anyone's husband, or wife - getting killed within a car wreck simply driving to any errand everyday!
