Today I found out that I get accepted at a traineeship contained by an international organisation. This is closer to my dream-job and what I wanna do, but it's a 5 month-long deal. After this, team game over: no chance to stay beside them.
These 2 opportunities overlap, so I own to choose. What would you choose?

I'd choose the 7 month long one. Large companies are great and although it seem to be a little "boring" it's going on for financial security and it sounds approaching you'll have more indemnity if you go next to the first job. While I won't update you what I would do, I will say that I would weigh my long-term objectives against both opportunity and make my judgment for the future instead of the here and very soon. As a current contractor, you have the luxury of not have committed to either, so you are essentially free to do what will benefit you most.
I would try to find out if at hand was any accident at all that the traineeship company would set aside you a position afterwards, and what type of goals/development you would have to finish to get one. With that said, I be wondering, Under California State Law, am I entitled to a slight increase in pay cheque for those days, and also, with me working full days as a recreational employee that long, am I entitled to a full time position by imperative?

Your employer cannot have his cake and guzzle it too by keeping you as a part time member of staff to avoid paying you the same benefits. This within fact beneath California law is risky and can be viewed as discriminatory. The reality your fellow employees also earn more this too may be view as discriminatory under the Equal Pay Act if you own the equivalent experience and same length of time at the company, and do the same type of work. I would definitely contact the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission about this and obtain advise as to your rights. I am not necessarily advise you to file a complaint, but it definitely wouldn't hurt to speak to a representative who could offer you endorsed advice and what your rights are.
