I doubt near is much you can do. They dismissed you for using company equipment in a carriage they did not approve (opening your email and recording a website address they did not approve of.)

What I find ironic is you be fired for opening an unauthorized site? To trade name such an allegation I am assuming they have proof of this? If you never utilized company property to EVER enter any illegal websites consequently I would certainly in safe hands an employment laywer. You may have grounds for wrongful termination.
