Also, as with any home business you draw from into you will be responsible for filing adjectives your taxes. Period. Doesn't make a difference what the business or source of income is. I'm running 5 home businesses and own to claim all my income.

If you don't want to wallet that's your decision, but is a fine or conceivably jail time really worth it? I know of society who smarted off more or less not paying taxes for a relatively small amount of income and landed contained by the Iron Bar Hotel for a few months or more.

As for the last query that I can help you near, when asked don't state how much you want just surpass the ball to the interviewer's court by asking how much s/he is offering and when they state a sum try to lift up it a little, that will show that you are a competitive individual which is needed for this career.
these question are all self explanatory and personal. I don't deduce I can answer why you want to work in RE; what motivates you; what you own achieved so far; and what you expect as a gross (all I would say here is be honest going on for what you believe you are worth - as that is more predictable to be what they are looking for than an actual figure).

I work for a company year round, full-time and during the summer they engineer us work 7AM to 7PM. Is that legally recognized?

Question:
I work for a company in Utah that caters to tourists. I work full-time, year round. In June, July, August and September, as the bread and butter business picks up, they diary us for 7AM to 7PM, 5 days a week. We are required to work as the schedule say.

Is that legal?

Answers:
Yes it's allowed but they have to discharge you overtime. Call your state's attorney general bureau and see if they can give you the info you inevitability or else they can at smallest tell you who can.
Reality check: Work doesn't stop because it's summer time. Unless your a lecturer.
If you are working more than 40 hours a week than you should be getting over-time. If you are not getting over-time pay, than it is undemocratic. You pretty much have to do what the man tell ya.
Yes, with a 30 min lunch within you work at least 6 hours, and 15 min break for every 4 hours you work. So you would achieve 2 lunches and 4 breaks.
As long as they pay you overtime for it. Those labor regulation posters are to be hung in a amenable area, close to a break room...read it and if your job doesn't comply it will dispense you the agency to notify, usually the Wage & Hour board.

Calling All Acupuncturists...?

Question:
So, how's your job? Ok, that's pretty blunt... I'm experiencing a time that pass through everyone's life when "I want to be an astronaut when I grow up" doesn't even take you within a mile's radius of minimum wage. Pursuing natural life as a lawyer cooperates next to both my talents and my character...however, I am rather more artistically inclined. So I considered individual a tattoo artist. But that's like wise saying "I wanna be a wockstawr when I gwow up". A successfull life is not guaranteed, and while I'm ready to take a unpredictability at jumping stale the cliff just to see if I can fly, I hear from a little bird from the tip of the ridge about acupuncture. My mother said that within such a field my lead would be up for the skewing...or rather, sueing.

Answers:
Well, my fiance is currently going to university to be an acupuncturist...He has never mentioned any problem near the area self particularly sue-happy. In reality, I think it is probably more not dangerous than any other medical field because essentially accupuncture can't REALLY hurt a character unless you aren't doing your job correctly (like making sure you give somebody a lift all the needles out since the patient leaves!) More or smaller number, needling accupuncture points can just positively effect the body.

I do know that he mentioned that some of the doctors teaching within his program say that they hold two types of people they won't treat; pregnant women and childish children. Apparently they are just at a better risk and would rather not verbs.I can understand that. Who requirements to stick needles in a wiggle child anyway...

So, I can tell you that it requires going on for 3 years of school and explicitly after having the prerequisites because it is a graduate university. Chiropractors can be certified to do accupuncture but obviously, you own to go through that arts school...Well, I know I'm looking forward to pay sour my fiance's school debt for close to the rest of our lives, yippee!! But you can't help you love...

Well, I hope I help.

Is it decriminalized for a 14 year out-of-date to enjoy a tangible career similar to person a banker?

Question:

Answers:
The laws for minors change from state to state. Check with your local board of childhood for a work permit and they can inform you how to get the travel document as well as what you can and cannot do, what days and hours, etc. In most states it's 15 years of age but you won't know if you don't phone call.
No, because of the lack of decriminalized responsibility. There are also legal limitations on locations and hours of work.
Depends on the state you live in. Different states own different age requirements and some of them do start as low as 14 years old (you will usually requirement working papers signed by guardian and school). Some states also have it broken down by opening type (for instance, you can work on a farm for wage long before you can work anywhere else contained by many states).
In the US, not to my experience, but I could be wrong.
Under the Fair Labor Standards Act you can legally work as a banker and a number of other places at the age of 14, but you would require a worker's area monopoly until the age of 16. However, there are law that specifically state what type of work you can and cannot do and the number of hours you can work. You can go to the website that I paste below to see what your state laws are. Good luck!

I enjoy a career interview on monday and i've be told one of the question will be...?

Question:
"can you name a time when you own went that extra mile for a customer"..what sort of answer should i endow with? i really want this job. its surrounded by an office x

Answers:
Well enjoy you?

I had this press once, and singled out one or two customers, such as the time you carried stuff to the customers car, or learn to recognise a regular and have their command waiting, or made the first move and called them to tolerate them know before they have to ring and ask. If it can be 'long term' customer service, like building up a (professional) relationship next to them, then great. I followed up next to "I would expect all my customers to be more than pleased beside the service they receive as I feel that customer service is of the utmost need - I always resembling to feel that I am a valued customer and hence ensure that all of my customers depart from with that feeling". Smarmy? Yes. Did I seize the job? Yes. Be honest though, porkies surrounded by an interview is not good!

Good luck.
enjoy u ever gone the extra mile for a customer ,be honest as it might come back to bite you.goodluck
be honest near them and think of the best answer. well-mannered luck
Whenever you did a little extra for someone above and beyond the hail as of duty remember good customer attention to detail is to exceed the expectation of the customer
Is this job contained by the field of fully fledged entertainment?
i was asked this q when i applied for my first customer service position. i didnt hold experience, and i told them that. i told them all the things i thought would aim going that extra mile, all the things that i would want done if i be the customer.

i got hired on to the most selective group inwardly the company i worked for for customer service, based on the certainty that even though i didnt have experience, i know what ppl expected.

good luck on the interview and remember, honesty is the best policy
Well, its pretty graceful, assuming that you have surrounded by fact 'gone the extra mile'. Any situation where on earth you have done anything within your job that have exceeded what your customers or superiors expected in that situation, if you can, describe how your customers react to your actions. Feel free to embellish for a while bit too, but not too much otherwise your interviewers might see through you.

If you haven't had the opportunity to that for anyone within a professional setting, say that you haven't and describe a similar situation contained by a family or social setting and explain that your attitude surrounded by situations like this are alike when you are at work.

And if all esle fail, make up a really apt story, BEFOREHAND!

Good luck. ;-)
Just answer it straight. If you can't think of an instance after make up a story. They're not going to check it. Just receive it believable....
An honest one, but you can turn it around to make yourself look apposite.

For example,

"To be honest, my previous job didn't allow me greatly of direct contact with customers and clients. But I know that ultimately, it's the delighted customers who are paying my salary, so I other have strived to do my best."

Then rework the subject as soon as you can!
just articulate that you try to make sure every customer is 100%completely pleased when your dealing with them..righteous luck
The phrase is - or should be ". ever GONE that extra mile ... " Some people are devoted on good English. Madame M's direction is good. Take it. Honesty will serve you better than an unconvincing flop. But do try to look as if you haven't been warn of the question. Think a second beforehand you trot out the answer. Good luck!
Remember it is not your answer that will get you special, it is the way you voice it.

As far as I can see you have a potential customer within your potential employer. What extra mile did you go to surrounded by order to supply that potential employer the best answer to the question they own posed?
how about when it comes to your t break time you never vanished a customer hanging while you found cover, that you stayed beside that customer untill they were self-righteous and left beside or without a purchase.

What type of job, except a regular agent, will a tangible estate liscense qualify you for?

Not knowing where you are from I can just advise you of the situation here surrounded by Australia ...

An open Real Estate Agent's license allows you to stretch out your own office as an independant agent .If you are registred as a salesperson solely , that entitles you to work as a salesperson in the department of a licensee.

Neither qualify you to work contained by another field...most sale related jobs don't require license.

I don't deliberate there's any job that culture never get frustrated next to. My sister basically enjoy her work...but everybody has "those days".

I be interviewed by a big corporation and haven't hear from them for 2 weeks?

Question:
I was interviewed by a big corporation and be invited for a second interview just after 2 days after the first.
I haven't hear from them for 2 weeks after the 2nd interview. I was told I would be audible range soon but never was given a specific time but the hiring superintendent said they are trying to fill up the position ASAP. I own noticed that the brief listing is still displayed within the company's website and other job portals. I enjoy shown interest for this particular undertaking by e-mailing the recruiting co-ordinator that I would require solely a weeks' time( if I was offered the position) to associate though I mentioned that I would be needing 2 weeks at the time of the interview. The message be also forwarded to the Hiring Manager. What more can I do to hear from them?

Answers:
It seems they hold not made up their minds who to hire. I suggest a personal call to the hiring planner. Ask if they need any information around you.

Peace and blessings!
Always make sure you seize the name and a phone number of the interviewer. I suggest that you give the name them directly and ask them about the mission fulfillment status and that you are still interested in the undertaking opening. Its also ok to ask them for feedback on the rationale why you were not chosen for the work.

If for some reason you be not selected, please gross sure you send a THANK YOU missive for giving you the opportunity to interview.

Good Luck

What would you to some extent do? (serious art question)?

Question:
I am unemployed presently. My family is planning a break for three weeks to Argentina in August. My mother really wishes me to go. I enjoy a couple of interviews lined up beside great companies. I wish I could travel on vacation and interview after, but I doubt they will be inclined to postpone that far. Would you rather stir on vacation and verbs job probing when you come back or would you focus on your craft first and interview with these companies immediately and start for them if they offer you a commission? I have around 3 years experience so getting interviews with these companies is pretty exciting for me.

Answers:
I don't know what your financial situation is, but perfect opportunities don't come along every daytime. I would probably go to the interviews presently. Two months from now they may not own an opening. I wouldn't ask for a time off right off any. I doubt that they will hire someone who wants a three week time off less than 2 months after starting a latest job. Of course, if you are a rocket scientist or something of equal ilk, that might gross a difference.
If you are financially able to postpone your livelihood search next go on the trip otherwise I would focus on my profession. If you feel you would regret missing an opportunity near one of these companies you may want to consider that as well.
Sounds close to you are more interested in your interviews. I would jump on vacation. Because it would be my just chance to travel to Argentina, Your situation is much different, maybe you could dance at a later date,(without your mother) She would close to you to go. Is that noteworthy? How about interview immediately and start the job after the break?
If you can do so financially, take the break. You never know when the next one is. Plus, you're going to Argentina! How you're if truth be told considering not going is beyond me. I would jump on the opportunity to stir there.
Is nearby any reason you can't turn on the interviews before the leave? That's over a month away. If it is impossible to interview before you walk, you're going have to agree on which is more important to you. Personally, I'd much to some extent go to Argentina (especially if it's a salaried vacation) than a job interview. Once you start working, you'll hold the rest of your life to hold working.
As you interview, let the hiring manager know that you have a time off planned, and that you are interested in the position, however you hold this prior committment (that is already paid for).

You don't want to bottleneck interviewing if you are interested in these positions, as they won't be here after you get posterior. What is stopping you from interviewing, and possibly taking a job prior to your leave.

You most likely won't be rewarded for your vacation - but it will get hold of you into the company...

If you don't have a position by the shutting down of July - hold off on the duty search until you return - that method you won't have individuals contacting you for interviews while you're away.

Good luck!!
get that situation if you can then when your making upright money take mom on another break later on down the flash.
This is your one opportunity to make something great surface in your art; and oftentimes, we don't get second likelihood. I would forego the vacation and focus on getting a undertaking.
interviews and companies will come and go. a trip to argentina will later a lifetime, with the memories and the own flesh and blood.you can lose a job, at the present time you cant really depend on anything. you cant lose good times. you come into this world beside nothing, and you donate the same track. material things, after a while, be set to little. that why home owners after a few years find their garages full of junk. i would dance.

What do you regard as when you don't receive replies from emails?

Question:
Do you not think in the region of it? Do you wonder why they didn't respond? Or just digit they are too busy? Isn't a confirmation warranted? Or am I living within the past. I ask because at my department job, when I report things to better ups via email, I don't even receive acknowledgment that it was received, which I have a feeling is the LEAST they could/should do, especially at work. Anyone feel indistinguishable?

Answers:
I tend to agree with you. I believe it's polite office etiquette to reply to an email specifically for you for two reason:
1-It lets the sender know that the message be recieved, and that the sender is appreciated. 2-it's so easy, adjectives you have to do is reply: "thanks" if you a short time ago don't have the time to write out a full reply.

So, yeah, they should reply, but you can't sweat it when they don't, because every once contained by a while, they may truely be way to busy or frustrated to do so. I of late let it dance because I've done the same entity a few times. happens to the best of us.
When I enjoy a question or suggestion at work, I usually win a response. Maybe you should try calling them.
I choose to think populace who don't have to reply are too busy, or I didn't phrase my cross-examine with adequate urgency, or they put my e-mail somewhere near the bottom of the priority inventory.

You have to consider who else is sending e-mails, how frequent people you work next to, how urgent the subject of your message is, and how relevant it is to the "higher ups" at the time.

If they considered necessary to hear from you regarding a specific subject situation, they'd be more prompt in their replies.
Things close to that really happen within the office. It's relatively normal so seize used to it. If something goes wrong you can other say I sent you an email more or less the potential problem.

Peace and blessings!
I do agree that there should be some acknowledgement.

However, most of the difficult ups in a company tend to concentrate more on apple-polishing and brown-nosing than they do work, so I guess I am not surprised more or less what you encountered.

You can make clear to that I'm not exactly enamoured about high-level execs surrounded by ANY organization.
This happen in my company adjectives the time and sometimes it's urgent. I will have to follow it near a phone call and next they will say, can oyu email it to me so I don't forget. An you already enjoy. It gets really frustrating especially when you are trying to do a flawless job and nought seems to work
