Aside from the certainty being rewarded under the table is bent you can ask for more money, get a second livelihood, or find a legitimate place of employment that doesn't break federal and state law.

I worked for William Hill for four years. As a summer job it is ok but not as full time employment. The rate for a customer service assistant is around 6.80 I think. The hours you will be expected to work are 12:30 till 6:30 or 12:30 till 9:30. On saturdays it will be 11:30 till the other two and on sundays 12:00 till 6:00. The problem beside applying for a bookmakers is that when you join they can transport you to any shop in the distrcit. If you are lucky you will gain stuck in one shop but tons get sent adjectives over the place. So be prepared to travel. William Hill is a poorly run company and can often muck up your retribution but if you happen to return with put in a still shop for the summer you can get away next to doing f'all and get salaried for it. Oh yeah be prepared to take ill-treat from customers reguarly and getting into arguments. You will have to contract with some tangible scumbags.

Sorry to say, but I own found family businesses the worst to work for. They are usually massively cheap and even more political than the corporate world. I would try to look for another job. You shouldn't hold to, but that's the way it is. You've already stated your issues and zilch is being done. If you've been to supervision, and they don't take performance against these people, next you need to rethink how joyous you are at this job.
