I recently started a fresh job beside my current employer but now realise i've bitten rotten more than i chew! it involves some very unhealthy lifting and i'm afraid it may have consequences on my robustness - i had a clot on my lung within January 07. Gear your answers to the job you are applying for.
Research the company and position they are looking to stuff prior to the interview, and then tailor your resume and answers to fit. You hold a little experience immediately at how they will respond to "all" of your information, use that to your advantage. Highlight items from the charge description that match your experience, and set off it to them to ask about the items that hold given you trouble in days gone by. Emphasize your eagerness and competence to learn and try tentative things, explore new avenues etc. Also, research the company/brand very well before you move about to the interview, learn some of their knob phrasing and bone up on recent company news/projects/goals.

Target your answers to fit EXACTLY what they want. Read the Job Description (you can ask for one if it isn't posted) and even use some of the same native tongue when you are answering questions.

You can habitually "massage" your answers to cover any concerns they may have. You might suspect you are overqualified - address these concerns. Say you are looking to grow surrounded by this career and are stretch out to a variety of opportunity so that you will be stronger overall. That you want to grow in a sizeable volume environment (depending on the job you are interviewing for) and that you would be relieved to make a "sideways" transition for the casual to have different experience.
