Now, here are two different types of work at home income. Work at home JOBS are like telecommuting. You hold a boss and guaranteed assignments. You get those done surrounded by a timely fashion and you've get a paycheck, and you probably don't have to earnings anything (unless it's something like transcription work and you're paying for your equipment). Anyway, Should I choose going to 2 year college for nursing and get a opening as an RN (great long term plan) or should I go and get some quick training similar to phlebotemy or something and let them foot for school or jump into something completely different like genuine estate?

I be a phlebotomist before I go to nursing school. They do not brand a lot of money. If you want to jump into nursing and don't have like mad of time or money, go to LPN college first. If you want to later move about to RN school, some colleges will allow you to do a bridge program (you don't hold to take adjectives the classes) since you are already a nurse.

Excercises to back Waitresses??

I'm a new waitress and i find carrying plates really difficult. We don't use a tray we simply use our hand and carry two plates at a time. I usually find myself spilling stuff or making really strange arm/wrist movements trying to go and get the plates down on the table! Does anyone (with or without experience) know any wrist/hand/arm excercises to give support to my arms become stronger so i can easily place plates down on table! Thanks!

i've been a waitress for a year...the best answer is practice...but if its really that discouraging.make should that the tray (however big it might be) is resting on your shoulder.because you strain your arms if its not and it also help with go together...also carry for a while and then gain more to lend a hand with your strenght (two trips is better than spilled food and broken dishes)
but if thats not ample..use hand weights, soup can, or water bottle...to work your biceps and do simple arm curls and append more weight while getting strong..
