Question:I work for a fairly big company and am building out a team. There's be a new work created (which is essentially the job that I used to do, but will immediately report into me). The offer that I've extended to this individual is for more money than I'm making. We have stipend bands, etc. but even though this soul is at a lower level than me, they will be making more money. I am running into some initial roadblocks contained by getting a salary adjustment. Has anyone else ever face this? Any advice for how best to feel?Answers:

No, I wouldn't expect a call from an interviewer ever. If you really want to find out, keep on 2 days then donate them a call. Ask for the creature that interviewed you by their name. When you speak to them read aloud something like, "I'm a moment ago following up, I had an interview 2 days ago and be wondering if you'd made a decision nonetheless."
If they say, "no" next ask when they would expect to make a edict. At least you won't be stressing every minute of every time waiting for their call. If the time is up (eg. he said within a couple of days) call support then and do equal again.
If they say "yes, they've made a decision" and you didn't receive the duty, in a nice track, ask why you didn't receive the job and maybe what do they suggest you could do in the adjectives to improve your probability in this type of position.
