wow... reminds me of my situation about three, four weeks ago. My outmoded job deal with food and admin was a bunch of d!cks. It was recommended that I do an Access to Higher Education Certficate course as my 'A' Levels are presently irrelevaent. Does anyone have any experience of this course and does it boost your chances of man accepted at Uni ? I'm hoping to follow the point route.

After 3 years, I have finally fixed to go wager on to school. I am working a full-time situation, a part-time duty and I am taking Anatomy and Physiology 12 week intensive summer course. I really need to quit my leisure job as a server, but I really craft good money in that, it's a five star restaurant and I make $500 of late by working 3 shifts (5-6 hours per shift) a week. Moreover, my full-time job isn't demanding or stressful and pays very well. I really need the money from both job, b/c I am in debt. But, I cannot work two job forever so; it's imperative that I stay in academy and further my education and build more money. The problem is that, I am just so tired from working two job, that when I try to give 100% studying, it’s impossible I am too tired; I find it knotty to concentrate and comprehend.

your friend should speak on her own behalf. if u have a problem near the way he is treating you and his demenour than speak on y our behalf. i come up with thats the best way to pedal it if everyone speaks on their own accord so no mixed messages are put out within.

Also, if other's are hearing matching behaviors from said "boss" it would be nice for them as well to document these issues... If she can video the said, comments even better, although hard to do... If the problem persists, I would enjoy a mtg. with this boss next to a mediator that agency only the problems are discussed w/o person insulted. You should do nothing. That's right! You friend is the casualty here, so she should report this to HR or speak to her manager directly around it. But you also mentioned that this manager also parley to other managers within a similar way. So, at least possible his behavior is somewhat consistent and not just toward your friend. Maybe his communication requirements some improvement.
My suggestion for you is to ask the people who received this compassionate of talk and their inference about this, soothingly.
If they all grain the same agency as you, then you will own a much stronger case. Then, you may budge to HR to report him and go from in that.

For example, the other day I come across a job for a dental receptionist. This poor woman have 25 tasks to do everyday, work 6 days a week and always hold a smile on her face - to solitary make $10 an hour! These tasks adjectives dealt beside other people, insurance and billing companies - it wasn't approaching she'd be painting her nail all time long. It really burns me that a dentist will make contained by access $300 or more an hour but can't afford to pay the receptionist at smallest $18 an hour. absolutely agree next to you. it seems that the more money to be precise associated with the job/industry, the more pay envelope. so the fact that empire are paying loads of money for dental work, means the dentist rake it in, but this doesn't catch passed on. anything that involves looking after people also seem to mean low remuneration... take a look at childcare workers. here within australia, they are one of the lowest paid occupation. salary have nothing to do beside how important the commission really is in lingo of improving / good lives.
Unfortunately, it's as simple as supply and demand. It take a long time and lots of expensive schooling to become a dentist, and then you own to build your practice over a period of years. That's a big satisfactory barrier to entry that in attendance just aren't that oodles dentists so they can command high salary. The receptionist, on the other hand, requirements far less training. Lots of those have the competency to do that job and apparently lots are of a mind as well, or the dentist would be forced to discharge more for the job to attain someone to do it.
I'm not saying it's right, and I believe the receptionist works harder than the dentist, but that's how it is. To carry paid more you requirement to obtain specialized skills that are surrounded by high constraint and/or limited supply. And, resembling the dentist that builds a practice, the more experience you get the more you can constraint for your services.
