Why do employers deny employment when someone within their opinion is "overqualified". To me that ability quite qualified. When I transmit them that if they hire me, I won't be looking for another job. This happen regularly and so I have delete my MA from my resume so I might get a unpredictability. What should one with a BA and MA do when they are applying for a living that only requires a HS diploma or GED. I discern I am doing a injustice to myself by not listing my accomplishments, but at like time it isn't getting me anywhere. I can't see why anyone would need any level, because I have be told I have too much background and experience so many times. 1. Dress nice, be 15 minutes early, shake hand before and after
2. Sit up straight and don't lean spinal column in your stool.
3. Ask questions. If your interviewer asks if you own any questions ask one. This make it look like you are extremely interested in the employment rather than influence I don't have any at this time which is what most associates say. If I don't enjoy any job related question I will ask how many nation are they interviewing and how soon will they be making a decision.
4. Don't be shy nearly your talents / ablities / awards / achievement, etc. It's all roughly speaking you.

I would think the situation happen a lot, it if truth be told happened to me. A mom and pop operation spent a great deal of resources trying to get me to work for them, I agreed. A week before I started I get another offer and it be for 35% more! I explained to the new company that their volunteer was worthy but that I had official another offer and did not want to fund out because they were really depending on me. Guess what happen? I loved my new duty and the company who offered me 35% more went out of business a year following...
Personally I think its immoral to back out once you hold said yes. They might have already call people to agree to them know the position is filled or turned away other interviewees...I guess it adjectives depends on how you feel in the order of it.
