What? I you need/want a duty and an employer emails you for an interview, how could that be a bad entity? Of course they want to interview you to see if they want to hire you or not. I don't know of ANY job that hires ancestors without interviewing them first.
The singular way that I could see it as self bad, is if your current employer see the email (it is their right to check your email at the office!) or hear it on the phone, you could be fired.
