Temp agency?? help out I don't know what to do?

like 3 months ago a temp agency offered me a position, a lady offered me $15 per hour so I go to the interview; in the interview I asked the owner of the company for the take-home pay and he was ok near the $15.
Later that week I got a phone telephone call from the same agency but a different woman ( I don't know what happened to the other one) but this time she with the sole purpose offered me $13 she said to me it was a misunderstood near the other lady and blah. blah so I took the offered.. Then my first check come in the post and "what a surprise" they were paying me $15 so I didn't speak anything to anyone... I quit that job 2 months subsequent then one month latter the agency called me asking me to walk back..
First she told me I needed to be near then for 90 days again... close to starting all over again.. but we didn't cooperate about money...
Now that I'm support I got my first check again they are paying me simply $13 so I called her and she said something going on for a contract but I didn't sign anything...What should I do or say?

I've be out since December. I have adequate money from my old profession that I don't need to work within that stressful environment. For me, I know a job is waiting for me as soon as I apply, so I'm lucky.
I play greatly on Xbox 360 and exercise 4-5 days a week.
i went just about 6 months without working. my boyfriend took a brand new job within a new state, but we didnt hold any important details close to where exactly we be living until the day since we left, so it be hard for me to look ahead of time. i played video games and slept a great deal. if i had tried harder in advance, i wouldn't have be unemployed for so long. i be just workshy. luckily i had save up enough money that it didnt hurt me financially to spend that much time lacking a job.
I've other had another career lined up in the past leaving the previous one, so the longest I've be unemployed have been over the weekend. It basically seems to work out that road because the new employer always want someone right away, and become aware of has to be given at the antediluvian place.
What I do over that weekend is to kick myself for not have the nerve to be redundant for a few months so that I could take a nice long trip somewhere - cruise to Hawaii or something.
